Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas 🎄 the room we stayed in with our son was spotless and very comfortable we had 2 double beds in the room. Hotel was noisy due to a wedding but this is only to be expected and there were a lot of very intoxicated guests but again this was no fault of the Hotel Breakfast was delicious plenty of choice and all fresh

Just a shame about the loud disco which went on until after 1 and very intoxicated guests but the hotel was packed and there was a wedding on.

Check in process was simple, and the staff were all very friendly. The room was clean comfortable and just what we wanted. The bar is perfect for afternoons as well as into the evening, with the weather being quite wet we spent a fair bit of time in the bar. Our evening meal was great, we selected 5 small plates and shared these and all of them were delicious. We slept well and really enjoyed the full selection at breakfast.

We stayed in the Morrison suite, which was worth the extra money to have a living area. We could sit on the couch and unwind before bed. The bathroom was nice and quite large. The safe was small and not connected to anything, so anyone could just walk away with it. It's typically very heavy, or built into a closet, so that was strange. This room didn't have air conditioning, but that wasn't too much of an issue because it was quite cool, even though it was August. Was very happy for the small fridge to have sodas and cream for tea/coffee. There was also a desk, which provided space to sit and write and there was plenty of storage space for our stuff, although no cabinets. The room could use a small dresser. It's very close to the walled city...5-10 minutes by car, but if you like to walk, it's a nice walk. The spot is next to a bank, which was convenient and there is a large grocery store at the second circle, which was good. We had breakfast included and it was adequate. We had a rental car and parking was fine at the hotel.

The room could have some drawer storage space and do something with the safe. Other than that, it was very good.

Lovely receptionist on arrival around 7.45pm, told us restaurant serving until 9pm. Had a lovely meal with my two daughters. Power shower, plenty of towels, toiletries, tea, coffee, excellent facilities. Checkout was 11am was having a Zoom meeting that time the following morning so asked in advance could I have the room until 11.30. The receptionist said they had alot booked in for the weekend but would leave a note with housekeeping who would be in around 8am. Went down for breakfast around 9am and mentioned it to a different receptionist who was working and she said that was approved, which I was delighted about. Had a lovely breakfast, great selection, would highly recommend, lovely staff and service 🙂

In hotel welcome pack there was Chromecast mentioned for watching things from phone apps, was not working so rang reception. Receptionist told me that was not working and to try something else and she gave a password, otherwise it was just the channels that were on the TV. Luckily the WIFI was connected so my girls were able to use that on their phone's.

The food is exceptional, so is the bar and all the staff 😊 great cocktails There was a young girl working at the bar and she was so friendly and took such an interest in talking to us both. The food in the restaurant both dinner and breakfast was amazing. If we come back again we would definitely eat there again.

We stayed the night after our wedding and booked the Morrison Suite as a “treat”. It really wasn’t worth paying extra so I’d save your money. The room itself was just bigger and lacked luxury in that it’s a little dated (lime green in colour and no smart tv). It just felt like a big space with very little in it. I think when you book a suite you have higher expectations (mini bar? Smart tv? Nice view?- but none of that) We would definitely not rule out coming back because that is honestly the only thing we’d change 😊

Our stay at Da Vinci's was truly wonderful and exceptionally comfortable, exuding a premium ambiance. The courteous and helpful reception staff provided valuable insights on places to visit, free carparks, and walking paths, which proved to be invaluable during our trip. The morning breakfast offered a wide array of options, and we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and quality of both the bathrooms and rooms, surpassing our expectations. Additionally, the hotel's ample parking spaces provided further convenience, making our overall experience truly enjoyable.

During our morning breakfast, we experienced a slight sense of being ignored, possibly due to the crowd. While the staff was initially helpful during our coffee visit, it seemed they were overwhelmed during breakfast, leading to some neglect. Additionally, we noticed that the croissants and pecan plaits were depleted and not promptly refilled, although these were minor concerns overall.

The staff were so friendly and helpful all the way throughout our trip, from helping us figure out the TV to sorting out a delicious takeaway for us to enjoy. The room was spacious with two double beds which, as a party of three adults, we were very grateful for! The shower was fantastic and the amenities provided were great!

Chrome cast on the TV didn’t work and the room was a little hot for our liking. You are provided with a bottle of water on the first night of your stay but you have to request jugs of water from then on.

The location is excellent, staff are lovely, friendly, helpful people. Bar always has a great atmosphere

Breakfast. I feel it’s the only thing that let our stay down. This is my first time eating breakfast at the hotel even though we’ve stayed before and I don’t think I’d pay for breakfast again, probably just go into town and get something.

Breakfast was very good. Room was a bit small with no Television. Bar facilitates were good. Staff were not over friendly.

Food portions in the Resturant were not very big, small piece of steak, small portion of mash with 1mushroom and a half tomatoe. Ate biscuits after in the room as I still was hungary. Not good value for 24 pounds. Was refused a late drink by the Porter when I came back from town on Saturday night even though other people had drinks in front of them. I had to use Taxis all the time because of the far out location.

Staff were so helpful, cheerful and accommodating, from moment we arrived till we left they were amazing. Food was first class , beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Receptionists were so helpful, knowledgeable about area and even took pictures for us which was great. Rooms were clean , warm and very quiet even with wedding on .
