Roe Park Resort is an exceptional place with exceptional staff. The room was spacious with extremely comfy beds and everything you need. The food served in "The Coach House" was delicious with a great variety on the menu. The pool was excellent, yes maybe a little smaller than some other hotels, but we weren't training for an Olympic swim and were just there for leisure, so it suited us perfectly. The water temperature is a little cooler in the mornings, so if you like a warm swim you might prefer going in the evening. The spa treatment I had was wonderfu,l and the staff were very attentive. We will definitely return. Thank you to the staff for all your help.

fab breakfast with lots of choice, lovely helpful staff - we had a problem with our wc and they came straight away to look at it and when they found it wasn't a quick fix they moved/upgraded us to a very lovely much larger room/suite. carvery lunch on the sunday was excellent and such a good price. the spa was excellent with lovely attentive staff, all in all a fab place to stay, highly recommend

Everything except the cooker

Couldn't work the hob/grill/ oven. Followed all the instructions, both tried. Baffling! We could have called the number for help but we were in a rush and had to get to a wedding. Haven't marked down for that. The only reason not full marks for staff is that you don't need to see any so difficult to mark. Way better than expected overall. Highly Recommended.

Lovely room, good size, requested an iron and was at my door in minutes. Dinner was beautiful, the taste was exquisite and meat was melt in your mouth. Staff was friendly and so helpful. We really had the best time. Unfortunately we did not make breakfast as we were that relaxed we slept in lol. The Spa facility was amazing, definitely worth the price.

Excellent facilities. Great entertainment in summer for kids in evening time between music, cinema nights etc in. Pool very family friendly. Very clean and spacious hotel. Room was perfect. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had a good choice.

Minor thing but bar doesn't provide any snacks or meals other than crisps, apart from restaurant above golf club can't get anything else.

Good location, great food, live music in bar

Have to mark down the staff because of 1 member, Charlotte I believe, served a few times in the bar and has to be the worst service I have received in years, no smile, rolling her eyes, no thank yous etc had to bite my tongue from saying something. Rest of the staff amazing

Could have done with a bit of music very quiet in the bar area ,also bed was very uncomfortable didn't sleep well at all and tv channels were very limited in what u could watch also our room was by the golf course someone was out cutting the lawn after 7 in the morning

The room was great, large window which let in plenty of daylight, large bed and adequate bathroom. The breakfast was so good we skipped lunch on both days. Nice comfortable lounge, great bar staff. The restaurant was fantastic, attentive staff and great food.

The entire building was so well maintained. Cleaness was top class. Beds oh so comfy! Rooms spacious. Correct temperature. Food was absolutely fabulous thank you. All staff where so friendly. We will return, with our grandchildren.

It was a beautiful place to stay singer was very good with wide range of song beautiful voice . Room was of high standard .

Facilities on information website need updated as went to pool for 19.45 to be told closes at 20.00 on system states 21.15 disappointed staff in spa where accommodating needs fixed for future guests. Breakfast disappointing as long cue to be seated even after being asked on arrival what time we estimated we would be there for breakfast. Rushed breakfast as we were not seated until 10.15am as check out being 11am not getting full 24 hrs in hotel check.in 3pm and check out 11 am next day
