Lovely place to stay and very convenient for the bus or tram to Venice. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Also a large supermarket nearby and a street market for vegetables etc. There was a shared kitchen in the property which we didn’t use but would be handy if you were on a tight budget. The apartment is quite modern with good blackout blinds. The heating was very efficient so I assume the AC would also be.

The water heater in our bathroom seemed to come on at random times in the night and was quite noisy but I’m a light sleeper. It would have been good to have a couple of comfy chairs in the room.

The location is perfect for walks in the center of Mestre, it's near bus and tram stops for Venice and 20 min away from the railway station. The room was clean, cozy and well equipped. Jelena is an amazing host - easy to communicate with and friendly.

Room was modern, spacious and very clean and has elevator which helps a lot if you have heavy luggages. Location was excellent close to the bus and tram station , cafe downstairs was great! The owner was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here.

The bathroom linen was aged and very scratchy. The kitchen whilst spacious was not well equipped.

Nice room, close to Venice, only few minutes to the aiport bus station & tram station to Venice. We got really early check in, everything was perfect, fully recommend.

Convenient location, 5 minutes away there is a tram stop and not far from it there is a bus that will take you to Venice in 20 minutes. There is also a large shopping center (on the 1st floor there is a supermarket). The room and bath were spacious and the bed was comfortable. The windows had blinds, which was useful since the weather was sunny and hot. The air conditioning worked great. The apartments have a shared kitchen with kitchenware and a microwave. In my opinion, the price for this apartment is reasonable.

The room did not match the photographs indicated in the booking - there was no balcony and the view was on the opposite side (much worse). When this was told to the hostess, she began to persistently prove that this was exactly the room she had offered in the booking, and the lack of a balcony was not significant. In my opinion, she was too emotional and peremptory. It was hard to talk to her. She did not try to somehow smooth out the situation, but rather aggravated our disappointment. She immediately stated that she could return the money paid if we did not like her accommodation. The room was not clean; dust lay on the windowsill, the plastic flowers that “decorated” it and on the bedside tables (not to mention the wardrobes). The TV only broadcast local channels and then with poor quality. There was not enough furniture - one sagging chair at the table. The shared kitchen looked unkempt and in need of a cleaning.

The room was pretty new, clean and tidy. The location was ok, near main station which allowed us to be at Venice in 15 minutes. It suits well the concept of a room, which is what it offers. I did miss having someone like a main point or contact to make the stay a bit less impersonal, kind of someone to chat and give some local tips - which is nothing major, as we could also talk to the property manager by text, only for my personal preferences it would make the stay even more welcoming.
