Located very close to the lake Wanaka, Roy's peak and town centre Facilities were good enough for a family. The room was spacious enough, nice and clean.

The hotel closes at 10pm in the night which was a deal-breaker for me as we wanted to go for a lakeside walk during the night but couldn't as the lake is not very close to go on foot. Had I known this earlier, I would have chosen a different accommodation. Also, we got a last room in the corner. Due to this, the parking was tight because our car needs to fit in between 2 adjacent cars at an angle. My car got a couple of bumps on the side which I believe were caused by the other car while leaving the car park.

Kids weren't too keen on the pool as they said was a bit cold Only 4 chairs round the table but 5 lots of cutlery and crockery Incorrect check in times on booking.com used winter check in with closure at 6pm rather than summer which was 8pm this caused us to miss out on glacier viewing en route and a rush on the journey from westport

The unit we stayed in was absolutely spotless, I don't think I've ever stayed in a more clean and tidy holiday home and park in my life. They also had proper blackout curtains which made for a dark room at night, and the beds were so well made with comfortable duvets and bedding etc. Our kids also loved the park, and it was in good view from our family room. Unfortunately we only stayed the night on our way home from our original holiday, but we definitely will be returning! In summer when the water slides are open! We also loved the location, it was a quiet rural setting, and the lake was literally only a couple of minutes drive away. Definitely can't wait to return!

Excellent location and lovely helpful staff. I had trouble with the sliding door lock but I think that’s more an issue of the user rather than the lock itself!! Thank you. Good facilities and good bathrooms

Nothing - I was worried about the distance I would be from the toilets given I was travelling alone etc. it was totally fine and such a beautiful location.

We stayed at multiple accommodations along our trip and this was one of the nicer ones. The staff were really friendly and accommodating when we were coming from Fox Glacier but decided to take a detour to Queenstown before checking in on late arrival. The room was comfortable and spacious and the facilities were very clean. My children enjoyed the playground for the short time we were there. They didn't get to experience the pool as we left early the next morning but they did go have a look and said it looked like a nice pool. This is an awesome well maintained holiday park we will definitely book here again if we come to the south island again.

He ātaahua! What a beautiful surprise - the family unit was much more than we had hoped for - all of us, including the children, were really impressed with the rooms, layout, facilities and the warm, comfortable spaces. Massive thanks for making this one-nighter in Wānaka an awesome experience. Ka rawe! We know we will be back again sometime, but next time for much longer.

That we were only staying one night.... and we will plan a summer stay next time so we can check the pool and water slide out!

Lovely staff and great location.

Noisy neighbours on the last two nights. The neighbours outside ranch slider was at the head of my bed and as they had guests coming and going until late, sleep was impossible. On the last night they smoked fish on their deck and the smell in my unit was awful. The layout of your units is not good if neighbours are inconsiderate like these guys were.

A good amount of space in all rooms, clean and well presented bathroom and kitchen, comfy bed and plenty warm enough with heaters in each room as required. The kids loved the trampoline and playground.

The location is a bit out of town but close enough to walk if you're keen and you pass #thatwanakatree along the way. You're on the right side of town to access Treble Cone and Wildwire.

The unit was a very generous size with a full kitchen. We could park the car right outside our unit. It was set well back off the road with plenty of green space and views to the mountains.

The step-over shower base could be an issue for some folk and it was a bit small.

Room - has extra cutlery and cups to use in the kitchen. Kitchen - basic with everything you need - lots of people staying so the fridges were very busy.
