The property was in town, on a non vehicle road, with the main old town in immediate walking distance. Late check in worked easily. The room was very clean and had tea and coffee. We couldn’t have asked for better. A very pleasant stay - it’s a shame it was only one night.

The shower went cold in the morning so only one of us had a hot shower.

. lovely room plus outdoor space, we stayed 2.oct till 6.oct 2022 . perfect location, airport taxi(arranged via reception) dropped us off only 3 min walk to hotel. (understand further into the old town driving is not possible) walking 5min to the port area and everything else. . (easy self check in) We arrived around 22. 30h .special thanks to Doris at reception whom was always available to provide our (little) needs. Wish her all the best same towards the cleaning lady.

If coming back to split I would definitely consider coming back to Theatre luxury rooms if available. it was perfect for our stay in split Thank you Ricardo & Manuela

No hot water in the morning!

The staff person we met, Anna Maria was so friendly and very helpful. The room was small but extended into a great patio. We had a tiny kitchen and washing machine which were extremely useful. The location was very quiet and yet perfect for access to the old town. Oh yes, the private patio was a hit.

Great location, quiet but handy for everything and I could store my cases for the day as I was only leaving split at 17:00 The receptionist was lovely!!!

The mattress was a bit soft (so I woke up with an aching back), but that’s because I like a firm mattress, where others may not, and pillows too big/fat for me too

Ti is a little bit noice from the street,we had a dog with us and it Was No problem.

Really central location in Split old town. The accommodation allowed us to check in late which was very helpful. The room has a mini fridge which was also helpful to keep drinks cool. Staff are friendly.

The room didn’t look exactly like the pictures but was still a nice little room.

The room was clean and spacious and at a great location in the center of Split. The check-in process was easy and uncomplicated and people at the reception were extremely helpful and polite. Great value for money and overall an excellent stay.

The location is busy even late at night and early in the morning, so it can be a bit noisy at times.

The owner and staff were all completely AMAZING! As one of the first customers of the season there were some issues that immediately irked me in the first 20 minutes of checking in. The front desk informed the owner in a VERY timely manner and they began promptly rectifying things right away. Every concern was addressed and positive outcomes were plentiful! Very friendly staff who are well-qualified and made my stay that much better. Full of great recommendations. (Truffle eggs benedict at The Daltonist is awesome!) Location was excellent. Good vegan food nearby (4 meals at Veg). Riva is a short walk down.

Could be more thoroughly soundproofed. (Admittedly extra noise sensitive.)
