The location was great; right off the highway and in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of eating options close by. The room was spacious with every amenity available including a microwave and full-size refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable.

Paid parking in the parking garage is listed as an option. That is fairly misleading. Technically there are about a dozen free parking spaces in the front but don’t count on that being available. Guests should add $20 to their nightly rate to account for the parking fee. Other things were very minor; the lock on our bathroom door didn’t work and the A/C filter was dirty. Also there were no vending machines and the bar menu was very limited.

Spacious studio with ample electrical outlets and storage space. It is within walking distance of a grocery store, shopping areas, and several restaurants. There is easy access to public transportation and rideshare options. Appreciated the hot breakfast each morning and professional staff.

No major concerns. Pricey In-hotel market items. The final bill was $4 more than the Booking price. Despite declining housekeeping, they left cards under the door every day.

The location was great. Several of my Sorors and I booked this hotel for a Greek event. Plenty of nearby restaurants.

One our room didn’t have a tub, the iron had black and gray fluid leaking out which completely ruined my white dress. So for one of my organization’s all white event I was not in compliance. It was ruined. Also they don’t tell you parking is $25 per day. There isn’t an option to park for free nearby either. Breakfast wasn’t the best and the fresh fruit tasted sour or spoiled. The shower floor seemed painted and it was peeling at the point of direct water contact. My first day of arrival the pool was closing at 10 pm the next day they started the pool would be closed for 2-3 days. They added chemicals, however when they did open it. They didn’t remove all of the leaves.

I like the room

The Room No313 location to the side of the highway has a lot of noise . The hotel should replace the Windows to avoid the noise of the traffic snd cars . Therefore , it doesn’t matter you have a big and nice room if you can not sleep at night . It is my big suggestion to the manager of the hotel to change the windows to avoid the noise inside the room

The first two rooms I was given had broken window blinds, so the blinds could not be raised to admit light into the room. Finally on the third try I was given a room with working window blinds. I was a little surprised that Hyatt even tried to put a guest into the first two rooms , but the third one was very nice.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. My daughter’s softball team were staying at a different, more expensive hotel nearby and we preferred our hotel.

If anything, the pool was open until 10pm but the lights were not turned on after dark.

The staff gave us an early check-in which was much appreciated because we had driven for four hours. The room was a good size and the kitchenette was well furnished. The room was clean but the carpet seemed to need a good steaming.

The parking was expensive. The breakfast was a huge let down; it was basically the same thing over and over. It was okay the first day, but by day 3, I didn't even bother with it.

Excellent value for location, size of room and free breakfast. Nice room size and adequately furnished. Kitchen suite was very convenient and would make longer stays easier. Good variety for breakfast.

I was not aware of the parking garage fee which was moderately expensive at $19.95/night. We had a longer stay so that was reduced to $10/night. However, I was traveling with my elderly mother and direct access from the parking garage level to our room floor made for a very convenient and short walk with her limited mobility. Another plus is that it seemed quite secure.

Nice room, but a bit noisy because of all the big highways around and the constant humming of motors. Nice lille kitchen with a big fridge and freezer. Lots of room. Decent breakfast buffet with all the amenities you need. Nice little pool which was good in the Dallas heat. Good location for a short stay

I like how it’s not directly downtown but close enough to enjoy all the attractions. The staff was amazing and breakfast was good but basic. Honestly who doesn’t like a basic breakfast to start the day.

You can hear the busy road on the opposite side of the hotel. It’s not to crazy but still noticeable.
