It was clean comfortable with table & chair, tea & coffee provided I was in Roseberry room on the ground floor level as most rooms up stairs so state on booking for those with some disabilities. There are 7 steps to the front door. The dining room is on the ground level Room was quiet although at the front of house near main road. The house is peaceful Breakfast is good The High Street is a short walk to cafes, restaurants, shops & Wetherspoons. Would recommend Maison cafe for food & Bison restaurant for Sunday roast dinners both near to the Green area along the High Street Location is excellent for public transport to Stockton & Middlesbrough. Short taxi ride /drive to Stockton Crematorium. Thornaby Station a taxi ride away ( £ 7 approx )

Winter weather ! Not much in Stockton it self as most of it has been demolished for yet another development There are a couple of night clubs, Ku club was recommended A market of sorts but little to recommend

Lovely room, had everything we wanted, and is well looked after.

Very automated. Was sent a message before we arrived with some of the instructions in capital letters. Felt as if we were being shouted at. Reception only open 4-6pm, so that restricted our plans. The instructions we had received made it clear that they'd had problems with people gaining access previously, which meant that we wanted to make sure that there was someone there when we arrived. Don't like having towels wrapped in plastic, and felt it was unnecessary to put tea/coffee making supplies in plastic bags. The white blinds do not keep the light out, Could not turn the towel rail off.

Yes the location in Norton is very good for motorists as in a good transport links around the area and beyond plus good local bus service The new Stockton Crèmatatorium is a short drive or taxi ride away. There are steps to the front door, no lifts but those with some mobility issues there are rooms on the ground floor level - ask . Breakfast is extra but very good value, the best ! Book at time of booking room. Also a Wetherspoon pub a short walk away for food etc.

Nothing at all

Hidden gem ! Fairly nondescript from the outside, yet when you enter the front door it's gorgeous! Spacious, beautifully decorated room with a comfortable bed. Communication was great, the ladies were lovely. (Lindsay even helped with an issue in my personal life when we were having a blether, thankyou ) Despite being by the main road it was restful and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and the beans were even in a separate ramekin (which delighted me as its a pet peeve having the beans mixed up with the rest of my food 😅) Thankyou for a lovely stay, I will be back!

Only staying for one night.

Everything as it’s in a good location for transport such as local busses and taxis plus Thornaby Rail Station not too far away by taxi plus Stockton Crematorium is again within 10 min. drive. Norton High St. a 10 min. walk for various shops including a Lidl store, restaurants plus a Wetherspoon pub. Further along the Ancient Church of St. Mary circa 1020 AD plus duck pond. In the opposite direction from the High St is Stockton Town Centre much changed in the past few years and still being developed with new Boulevard to the river Tees and a Hotel. Needless to say most shops are closed. Middlesbrough is a long bus ride away and has a Rail Station.

Nothing

Lovely single en-suite room, bed and shower were very clean. Location is great too, it’s a 5-min walk from high street. Staff were easy to reach, friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend, especially for solo travellers.

Shower head water pressure a little too low for my preference, but still good enough for a quick shower. Everything else was perfect!

Easy to get into the property using the key lock box Clean, warm and comfortable room I was surprised that I had a shower in my room but really appreciated it

I had forgot to book breakfast on line and I could not order breakfast when I arrived due to late check in. It would have been better if there was a form in the room that we could fill in and leave at reception, or some way to order after arrival other than by phone.

Arriving late in the day I didn't meet any staff but the front door key safe worked well and I let myself in easily. The room (No.5) was nice and clean with a comfy double bed. There is a large telly on the wall with loads of channels and radio stations so I wasn't just stuck watching my mobile. It's always pleasing for me to find a good shower and this one was good, it held temperature and pressure where I put them.

Nicely decorated, warm and very clean room and bathroom. Was only staying O/N with early start so did not have breakfast. Had a room on the front side of the house which as a light sleeper was concern but with ear plugs I had a good sleep so must not have been that noisy. Good location for North Tees. Good price-well recommended
