The staff is what makes this resort a stand out!! The service we received from them was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. Every single person is extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely want to help. A huge ahout out to Lieu, Nick, and Bao, who went above and beyond to not only make our stay comfortable but assisted us when our daughter fell quite illl; organising the doctor visit at the hotel and having a taxi paid for to the hospital. We had to extend our stay in Danang. Lieu was amazing in assisting us with last minute accommodation arrangements and flight changes.. Nick took wonderful care of us, providing boxes containing breakfast to take into the hospital. We can't thank you all enough for your hospitality, support, and genuine care. We couldn't have gotten through the stressful days without your help. You are valuable assets to this hotel!!! The hotel location is great. Only a short walk to the beach, close to cafes and shops, and there is a laundry place directly opposite it. It's a short ride into the CBD. We highly recommend this resort to anyone travelling to Danang; top notch 👍

At first glance it seems a bit cheesy - decked out to resemble a Greek Island - but after getting settled in, all was great! The room was big and comfortable. The room got dark, had great AC and the bed was comfy. Breakfast had a great spread. The pool was big with lots of space to lay and relax. A bit off of the beach, but close enough! The price point plus the facilities made this an excellent stay. I come to Da Nang a lot, and will return!

There was construction in the gym and second pool and I wasn't informed of this until after I booked. It wasn't a huge issue, but would have been nice to know!

We wanted a good 5 star hotel within walking distance of the main My Khe beach and this one, with its Santorini-themed style stood out from the other mainly generic tall tower block hotels. We loved it... the rooms are airy, clean and well-appointed and the pool (with jacuzzi, bar and cabanas/sun beds) was a decent size and kept very clean, with Palm Trees lining the sides. It was the staff that made the difference though, they were superb and could not have done more to make us welcome and well-looked after. Thank you in particular to Trung and Lieu, all the bar and restaurant staff and the hotel manager for looking after us so well. We will return!

The hotel rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of our mornings! There was a great variety of dishes, including both local Vietnamese cuisine and international options. The selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and beverages was impressive, and everything was delicious. It felt like a feast every day! They also had made-to-order hot dishes from the chef. The Bánh mì station was a standout feature — a great way to experience a local favorite in a hotel setting! A special shoutout to the reception staff, who were exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our stay. They were always ready to assist with a smile and genuinely went out of their way to help. Lieu at reception was incredibly helpful and she advised a lot about Ba Na Hills tours and giving us other local travel tips, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, Risemount Premier Resort offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Da Nang. I had an excellent stay! I stayed here for 5 nights with my family and loved it. The room was spacious and modern, with a super clean bathroom and an additional area for drying clothes, which was very convenient. The bed was comfortable, and the entire hotel, along with the staff, was courteous. The pool was fantastic, and the breakfast offered an amazing variety of options. A lot of food options nearby and the beach is a 5min walk from the property. Highly recommend!

Cant really point out anything that we did not like. Everything was spot on. Maybe the view from the balcony could be better as we had coconut tree branches compromising our entire view of the pool. Rest was all 10/10!

My 5 night stay was very comfortable. The staff were extremely accommodating and really went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as they could. The bed was extremely comfortable and there is a lovely big bath tub if you want to relax. I have based my 10 rating on this alone as it was obvious how genuine they were about looking after me! There is a lovely spa attached to the resort and the hot stone massage was very nice. Room service menu and the breakfast were both delicious. Highly recommended.

The pool is under full renovation - main area which looks unpleasant and obviously cannot be used (there is a rooftop pool). The army barracks next door caused a significant disturbance from very early in the morning until the evening. The staff were apologetic (offered moving rooms) but I wanted to rest and not keep packing / unpacking. There was also a lengthy testing of the alarm system (with no announcement it was a test). I believe I noticed the noise more due to being in the room for extended times because of the heavy rain outside.

This is a charming resort it may be a little smaller than the pictures suggest but it is still great. The included breakfasts are fantastic, I have been to many Asian hotels/resorts and when it comes to breakfast this place is up there with the best in terms of quality and range. Our room a junior suite was huge and spotless, the whole place is nearly spotless and the staff are world class. I can not fault the resort except for 1 minor item, When you check in you are asked to leave a cash deposit for chargers rather than a credit card, we did not spend much of the credit so when we left to go home they refunded me millions of Dong which is pretty much useless as everything at the airport is too expensive.

The resort itself is great but the location is on a quite busy street that is hard to walk along due to all the packed scooters. The beach is not a long walk maybe 5 minutes tops but unpleasant. Also there are not many retail (for tourists) shops nearby but there are many good restaurants.

Such a lovely atmosphere at Risemount Premier Resort. From the moment you step inside the staff make such an effort to ensure you have a comfortable stay, even going as far as to take us under umbrellas to our room! I would like to say a special thanks to Lieu, who was so kind and accommodating throughout. The rooms themselves were very clean and comfortable and we had a really relaxing stay.

The breakfast selection could be a little better. The Full English is definitely not what you would expect in the UK, but all in all the breakfast was pleasant if you like a continental.

As a first-timer in Da Nang, my stay at Risemount Resort has been a pleasant one. The place is clean, the morning breakfast caters for both locals and overseas visitors, staff is very polite and attentive especially Lieu at the reception has gone above and beyond her duty to make my stay extra special couldn't thank her enough. The resort is situated within a 5-minute walking distance to the main beach not only that eatery and local drinks stalls on both sides of the street you would never go hungry or thirsty. Although the weather wasn't in our favour you certainly won't be discouraged by it. Taxis for going around were as easy, and people were friendly. Highly recommended

Couldn't fault it except for the less-than-ideal weather.

The resort is big, there is access to two small outdoor pools and a small gym as well as a small bar. The staff are always smiling and willing to help. I had no discomfort whatsoever. My room was spacious, clean, quiet and having all the amenities one would need. The hotel is walking distance from the beach and hip dining areas. However, if you'd want to take a bus, you'll have to walk to the nearest bus stop. There is always a taxi in front the complex, so no need to worry! I recommend this place as it's good value for money and a pleasant experience :))
