Five star deluxe hotel! Among the best hotels I've stayed in Da Nang. We initially were 4 nights at the hotel and extended another 3 nights. I'll start with the amazing hotel staff! They have an excellent service. From the moment we entered the hotel, they smiled, were super nice and interested in helping us as much as possible. Thank you everyone and especially Gigi, Helena and Nancy! We could not have asked for a better staff. We booked a premier room - a large room with two comfortable beds. The room is nicely decorated, with a large desk and a comfortable chair, a small sofa and next to it another small table, a closet and a small safe. Nothing was missing. Every day they came to clean the room and gave us small bottles of water, tea and coffee. The bathroom is large and spacious and very comfortable. The water in the shower is excellent, there is cold and hot water throughout the day (which is not everywhere here in Da Nang). We didn't hear any noise from the street except for a few bus sirens, but from the corridor we did hear people coming out of the rooms, talking loudly and waiting for the elevator. The air conditioner in the room works great. The wifi works well in the room and in the lobby. The lobby of the hotel is very beautifully and impressively designed! There are comfortable sofas for sitting/waiting. There is air-conditioned at the lobby. On the same floor as the lobby is the spa area and also a small gym overlooking the street. The breakfast is on the 10th floor. There is a very large and diverse selection of delicious and fresh food. In addition, there are many delicious juices, tea and coffee. The pool is also on the 10th floor, a very nice pool overlooking the city and the sea, with 4 seats outside the water. The hotel is in an excellent location - about 7 minutes walk from the sea from the main beach. There are many restaurants around the hotel. There is a large supermarket a minute's walk from the hotel.

The Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel in Da Nang exceeded my expectations! Here's a breakdown of what made our stay so enjoyable: Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a satisfying variety of options that changed daily. I always looked forward to starting my day with their delicious spread. Rooms: While my room didn't have a view, it was incredibly comfortable and spacious. The bed was cozy, and the overall ambiance was relaxing – perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Location: The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. Just steps from the beautiful My Khe Beach and within easy reach of shops, restaurants, and bars, it's the perfect base for exploring Da Nang. Cleanliness: The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and welcoming environment. Staff: The staff at Grand Sunrise truly deserve all the praise! Helena, Hailey, Nancy, Gigi, and Chau were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make me and my family feel welcome. Their hospitality was exceptional and made our stay truly memorable. Overall, I highly recommend the Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel for anyone visiting Da Nang. It offers a fantastic combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.

Stayed at this hotel last few days and can say I had a great stay. It is short walk from the beach, there is a relaxed atmosphere in the neighborhood and plenty of cafes where you can get good Vietnamese coffee. The rooms are in good condition, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom looked neat. The best thing during my stay was definitely the staff. Very customer friendly and helpful. They go far to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For example, when I didn't come for breakfast the last few days, I was personally approached and made sure I was okay and feeling well ( mentioned that I usually don't have breakfast ). At their insistence I was given a small breakfast to try anyway, which was brought to my room. Overall, I can recommend this hotel if you visit Da Nang, even if for a short time. So a special thank you to Nancy, Gigi, Helene, Chau & Tracy! Hopefully until next year!

Everything was perfect, the service, the room was really beautiful with really comfortable bedding, the breakfast very generous with a wide choice and a staff attentive to your needs. They even offered us lunch, I would also like to thank the chef for his cuisine. The swimming pool and the spa are incredible and the girls very nice. I really recommend this hotel with my eyes closed! A little pang in the heart when leaving because the staff is really endearing. I will come back for sure ! Love Grand Sunrise ❤️

Staff are very friendly and accommodating from the start i book my stay online. They are very prompt and always courteous and friendly. Thanks for Lyna who always answer my questions in a very professional and friendly manner, i also want to thanks Bella who is always going the extra mile to make sure we are okay and giving us new food to try during breakfast. Special shout out to the 3 ladies in the spa and the manager, thank you for the wonderful massage.

We were charged with the mineral water which is ridiculous as we could have gotten the bottled water instead, i recommend to just put the free water bottles for guests and dont put the mineral water in the fridge with the charge as guests dont understand the difference

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Upon entering the room, I was greeted with a pleasant and fresh scent, which made me feel instantly at ease. The cleanliness of the entire space was impeccable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, especially considering typical Asian standards, and the dining area provided a stunning view of downtown—definitely a highlight of my mornings. A special mention goes to Nancy and Giselle, who were the best guest relations staff I’ve ever encountered. They went above and beyond to ensure guests felt pampered, offering complimentary fruits and drinks in abundance. Their hospitality truly stood out. Additionally, the hotel provided scooter rentals, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, exceptional service, and thoughtful amenities.

It was the best hotel that we stayed in our Vietnam holiday. Beds were large and comfortable with mattress toppers. Power points were well placed. Breakfast was excellent , with many choices at buffet. Nice view from breakfast room. Friendly and helpful staff. Gina made us passionfruit desert at our first breakfast and was very helpful in providing directions to nearest bank. Nancy gave us mango on our last day.. Helena and Lyna helped with our washing orders, taxi ordering, and tour booking. There was also a helpful porter who carried our luggage. Location was excellent, only 700m from beach and close to restaurants. Quiet street. All in all, a great stay.
