The location is perfect! It’s walking distance to the beach and there’s plenty of delicious restaurants and street food nearby. There’s two 24/7 marts right next door which was really convenient as we could buy bottled water at anytime. Also, there’s always multiple grabs near the hotel so you never have to wait. The staff was very kind and helpful. Finally, you can’t beat the price! In my opinion, the service, cleanliness, and comfort is beyond the price! Would definitely stay again! Check out the roof, there’s an amazing view!

The toilet, sink, & shower are all in one room (there’s no divider). However, this was shown in the pictures so it’s not an issue, but just a reminder for those who are not used to this kind of bathroom layout.

THE ROOM ARE VERY CLEAN

The room was noisy, and I could hear the neighbour. Additionally, despite having booked the room for two people, the manager told me that since I had checked in alone, I couldn't bring a partner to the room later. What sense does that make, considering I paid for a room for two?

Great value friendly staff clean and comfy rooms

The Gym has had all the weights removed not very useable. Unfortunately this time far too noisy the fridge gurgling away the Ac rattling from the box mounted by the window outside and the karaoke bar opposite has upgraded its speakers blasting music that sounded like a cat in pain until 12am followed by continuous horn blasting throughout the early hours as nothing is soundproofed struggled to sleep

Everything was fine! Soft beds, plenty of restoutants around, beach is very close to the hotel, 20 min walk from Dragon Bridge and night market!

The room was facing the street, so it's noisy. Karaoke and street noises stops after midnight and start again in7 in the morning, so if you're not an early bird it's a problem

Amazing value for money. Room is spacious. Gym is good. Location perfect for the beach.

We arrived at 1.40pm, check in 2pm, room seemed to be ready but we were asked to wait until 2pm in the lobby. Would have been better for customer relationships to allow check in early for the sake of 20 mins.

I had a 60m2 executive room and it was a lovely spacious room (My perception is a lot of hotels in Vietnam overstate the size of the room but this room was 60m2 for sure). The rooms were cleaned everyday and complimentary water provided. The view from the upper floor is quite nice. I really enjoyed both the sitting area and balcony to have a quiet cup of tea after a busy day. I really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach which mad it easy to be the beautiful beach for sunrise. The beach is full of people before sunrise doing group exercises, meditation, stretching and of course swimming.

I am 194 cm tall and the shower head was a little low for me. I get this problem with most hotels that have the shower over the bath.

An enormously large room, good location, good view and good price = Unbelievable value for money 😃 The bed is very comfortable and the reception very helpful in renting a scooter to go to Ba Na Hills and more. For that reason I give it a 9. On the negative side, there was a smell in the room on arrival, and there is a smell of smoke sometimes when the air conditioning is on. The air conditioning fan outside on the terrace makes a lot of noise when it turns on and off. I think that it should have hand towels and hand soap in such a hotel. There is no chair in the room, the sofa is very hard and uncomfortable to sit on, and is at a 90 degree angle in the back. The soundproofing of the room is not the best and the internet drops out especially at night. Gym is not as in pictures - looks bad due to construction work in the conference department. The deckchairs on the roof are neither comfortable nor adjustable, and there are no cushions for the hard chairs. The breakfast was disappointing, so I chose only one breakfast there.

Staff and housekeepers are amazing. Young team of very polite and considerate staff. Everything we very very good form the money. But.... Attention must be paid to the noise from other guests and residents; I was woken every night through the night and every morning at 5am -5.30am from vietnamese families waking up and clattering furniture in the rooms above; we asked to move once which was obliged, the same thing happened in the new room. Hotel itself is unbelievable value, so clean and and close to the beach, but the noise really disappointed. I used.my earplugs on the last night, slept for ten hours!!

Thoughtless guests and building residents making so much noise late at night and in the early mornings.

When I booked SOCO, I found it hard to believe that I could really get so much for my money and I was prepared for disappointment. I was wrong! Everything lived up to what was promised. The room/suite was huge, spacious and well furnished, the bed was large and comfortable, the terrace was also large and overlooked the sea on one side. The daily cleaning was excellent. I would like to single out the young man Jeny at the reception. A humour bomb full of positive energy who always made sure we had a chat about what I had experienced, my plans and so on. He didn't just pretend to listen, he would often check back on something we had talked about a few days before. He's a great asset to the hotel!

The internet is not the fastest Showering in the bathtub is not convenient with a shower that is too low and a shower curtain is missing

The family room and the suite we booked were very large. The staff at the reception desk and door are very professional courteous, friendly and helpful. The doormen and the elderly man stationed in front of the basement garaged rushed to help us with our bags. The restaurant staff and room staff are very friendly. Whenever we requested something using the internal phone, the hotel's response was immediate. We stayed here twice and were happy each time.

The corridors could be kept cooler by having the windows opened at night and closed during the hottest part of the day.
