The location was great.

When you enter the front entrance the lobby was a big party area my sister and I could barely get through the crops to the registration desk. The music and people were so loud neither the desk attendant nor us could hear what the other was saying. My bed had NOT been changed from whoever was there before, the TV did not work. Took 5 calls to the front desk to get an answer ( probably he couldn’t hear it!!). He said he would send someone up to fix tv and the sheets issue. Nobody came. Had to get air in the night. Went to come back in and my keycard would not work. I was pretty ticked.

Very nice hotel. VERY clean inside. Excellent value. Staff was ok. Room was VERY clean and well prepared. Bed was ok, but nothing special, but that may be just our opinion. The room was nice sized and of a "European" design... Very simple, no frills, almost austere. But perfect for our needs. We were on the third floor in the back... Very quiet and nice and dark at night. Lovely view out back of nature; no Streets, highways, or businesses... Just nature.

There was no light bulb in the reading lamp and it was too late to call. The shower was nice but it took 10 minutes to get get hot water and there was very little water from the shower head. A person with long hair could NOT wash their hair in that shower. The sink water was hot, but like the shower, needed a big dose of Flomax! We did not pay for breakfast with the room, and after seeing the selections in the frozen food section and the prices for them, we made the right choice. It's all expensive frozen prepackaged foods. Go to a nearby restaurant.

The location was perfect for what we needed. I wish we could have used the door closer to our room but there was no entrance there. I was pleased with how quiet the room was. The sheets smelled like clean linen when sat on the bed. We never heard any sounds from the hallway all night.

When we went to leave the next morning the entire hallway carpet was soaked with water! I don't know what happened, we were on the first floor so it couldn't have been the rain. But I am glad I was in my boots!

Benson, Deidra and Marium were very polite, courteous and accommodating. The grounds, lobby in rooms were immaculate.. we couldn't stop talking about your establishment to our friends. Looking forward to a return trip as, this establishment is is now on our weekend getaway list.

The only problem we had was that ou toilet seat lid was loose. This quickly remedied by their maintenance staff.

Though I didn't require much attention or service the staff was friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable. The bed was great. The location was 5 minutes from where I needed to go.

The one thing I didn't like was trying to get something I left in my room (laptop charger cord) sent to me. Staff told me I needed to send a shipping label and a credit card authorization. Why a shipping label? So redundant! (I had a loaner for only 14 days, otherwise it will cost $100.) Why couldn't I just send a check for $25, or just a credit card authorization so you could do all the shipping from your end? At this point it looks like I will not get the cord in time. It seems like this is too much corporate regulation and not enough personal touch.

Staff was very courteous but did not always follow through on requests. The pool was wonderful, and the room was big and quiet. The price was reasonable, especially for a holiday weekend.

One out of two elevators was broken on a holiday weekend. The beds are too soft and slide off of their platforms...weird! You need more chairs or at least ottomans in the room.

The first room I was given was not clean but the front desk woman helped and immediately changed the room I arrived at night and thank goodness for google maps because the hotel is hidden up a hill in the trees Be aware you can hear everything in the hallway from the rooms

Everything was good

The seating in the main lobby for food consumption is really open and uncomfortable feeling. I felt like I was perching in some lobby, rather than enjoying a more "cozy" meal location. Food was good- I just felt exposed while I sat, and facing the main door on a winter morning meant that the seat was also draughty.

Location was great. Beautiful parks and historical landmarks and antique shops in surrounding area. Boston nearby.

Fire lane was not appropriately marked as in "Do not enter". Many drivers took this fire lane in error, including myself. Please alert management! Not smart!

we ate at the Inn so can't speak to the breakfast we had a lovely view of trees spacious room very good mattresses very responsive air conditioning

the shower spills water throughout the bathroom the design is a bit wanting
