The Blagrave rooms were booked as single rooms for just one night following a concert at the Hexagon Theatre. It is very unusual to find single self contained rooms such as these available, and at a reasonable price. Trouble free access to the rooms via mobile text made booking in arrangements simple and flexible.

One of our two rooms was much smaller than the other, and there were no coat hooks (although there were hangers available) and the surface beside the bed had a fan on it and therefore little space for glasses, book watch etc. But this was really not a problem.

The location is good. You all right near the train station if you are a non-driver and everything is accessible by walking.

All good the room was clean. The shower was clean. The access was easy. It was nice and quiet, but the central location made it slightly noisier at night time but it was easy to get around so it wasn't a problem.

Great location and relatively good value for money in an otherwise expensive city to stay in. Hosts were incredibly responsive on the booking app.

Room was listed as having breakfast included, but this wasn’t the case (I was however not hungry in the morning so this didn’t impact the quality of my stay too much).

this was an ‘emergency’ stay on 25th Dec at 23:00 due to my transport plans failing, it was the perfect solution - the owner picked up the phone quickly even at this time of night, sent me the room code in minutes and was very accommodating and nice, making sure i got all i needed for such unplanned stop. the location is ideal right next to station but very quiet - i had a good sleep. the room was warm and very clean. pleasant place overall. basic but great value for money, shower was hot and good pressure. basic cafe and tea options

Well, this loction no longer does breakfast but I just had a coffee and pastry at the railway station. The location was the best part, it was within sight of the railway station and that was good for someone on a tight timetable. The contact number was useful as I had to ask for directions and the person who answered was very helpful.

The fact there was no breakfast needs to be made clearer, I had to ring up to find that out.

Simple and clean. The room was small but had almost everything I needed, and the location was key for me to catch a very early train the next day.

There was no table lamp and shower is very small. Kettle needs changing or at least descaling. Nothing too bad if you are only staying one or two nights.

I like the location (close to station, shops and restaurants), cleanliness, and communication. THERE ARE NO STAFF PRESENT (your form does not allow for this option); everything is communicated (entry codes etc) by text and email.

Two pillows (rather than one) would be good.

Excellent location for access to the city centre and bus connections. Very clean and neat.

Very noisy as it was Saturday night and a late night music venue is very close by. Access to the room was gained by access codes sent via SMS, no staff on site so no local support to resolve issues like a missing TV remote.

Excellent location - very close to the station. For a town centre location, it was actually very quiet despite the fact that I’d seen other reviews mentioning a noisy pub next door. Maybe it’s because it was a Tuesday night - not the most popular night to go out.

Phone died and i forgot to write down the door code ,nobody picked up when i called from a public phone:(( managed to charge my phone next door in the barbers tho, my own fault but bit annoying that u struggle to get ahold of anyone if something goes wrong
