The breakfast was good. Eggs were some of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Rooms were clean, beds and pillows were so comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I watched them interact with other people throughout my stay and they treated everyone as guests. Loved the location. Tucked right off the highway, lots of restaurants close by but it wasn’t in a congested area.

Would have been nice to have a pool and an exercise room. We went to the Creation Museum and Ark and both days had the evening open.

This was a month ago, but I think I forgot to do the review. We enjoyed our stay. The front desk employee was really friendly. He helped us to feel very welcomed there. The room was great too as it was very clean with a comfy bed and just exactly what we needed. Thank you for the breakfast as well. We will definitely return.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like.

It was so nice and tucked away from the freeway bustle but still right there. Food is nearby- you can walk in no time. Check in and out are super easy. Breakfast was great and shocking variety including freshly made waffles. Our room had a kitchenette and our bathroom was comfy and pretty. I’d stay here again! This Microtel is within minutes driving to the Ark Encounter and they provide easy accurate directions.

It was near and tidy

I thought it was to noisy from the traffic but when we got ready to leave from our over night stay the next morning we discovered the window had been left open just a bit and that’s why it was noisy. We shut the window and it was pretty quiet. Lol. We learned to check windows at our other hotels on the way back home.

Great location and great staff! Breakfast had really varied choices, all good! There were many guests and yet it was peaceful and quiet. Restaurants nearby was a plus.

It really could use updating. Carpeting looked original and baseboards were crumbly and a bit dirty. No full length mirror ( which women hope to find), and needed more electrical outlets.

Staff was very friendly and this was a good value. The staff cleaned our room while we were out and did the cutest thing. My grandson collects stuffies (stuffed animals) and the staff arranged them all over the room like a zoo or as if the animals had placed themselves into different positions! A cute surprise for our return from our day out!!

The building definitely needs some updating. It could use new carpet. Air conditioning not the best but it was fine for us considering we were only there to sleep and shower.

The attendees were all very pleasant. The room was a small but cute room, however it had a nasty smell.

I did not like the horrible smell in the room and the desk attendant would have given us another room, but I didn't want to pack up everything to move, but by the time we had gone to bed, I had wished we had moved. I would stay there again but take notice of the room first.

The room was exceptionally clean, compared to the many motel stays we’ve had lately. The breakfast selection was very nice, scrambled eggs, sausages, hot waffles, and more. I appreciated that they actually had good protein options to choose from, instead of all carbohydrates.

The only LITTLE thing that could have been better, perhaps, was the pillows, they seemed rather small and worn. Other than that though, and that was minor, we really enjoyed our stay. And we slept well.

The staff was fantastic, more than helpful, and above and beyond the service that I expected. The room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and had great flavor. They had 24-hour coffee in the lobby. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

There was anything that my wife and I did not like.

Modern, clean, great staff. I did not get a chance to have breakfast but my husband said it was good. The location was perfect and surrounded by restaurants. Wal-Mart was just around d the corner. The Ark Encounter was minutes away.

I would have given this place a 10, but housekeeping skipped over our room so I had to subtract for that.
