Breakfast was good. The eggs were a little weird. Coffee and juices were good and I liked all the extras. The location was very good. My daughter said she wished there were potatoes.

I wish I would have requested a handicapped suite because the toilet was too low for me. There isn’t a whole lot that I would change. Housekeeping personnel were so kind and the gentleman moping the floors was extraordinary and didn’t make me feel guilty when I walked on the floor he had just cleaned.

The staff at arrival was super friendly and very accommodating. They bake chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon, daily, which is so awesome, especially for my kiddos. They also offer 24/7 coffee, apple juice, cranberry juice, orange juice, and water. The ladies that make breakfast every morning are stellar, to say the least. It's the best breakfast we have had from a hotel in such a long time. Lastly, the staff is friendly and helpful, and that says a lot about how everything else is run.

The pool could be warmer, but this is a comment from my kids and not myself or my husband as we did not get in. It's wintertime, so of course the air is colder when you get out of the pool. This is more of a preference than a complaint, so this is not really a reflection on the pool itself.

I loved the bed it was the most comfortable bed ever. We also loved the size of the room as well.

We realized the morning after we checked it, that our door handle was locking but you could just simple push on the door and it would open. So, we had to go ahead and take all our belongings out to the car then go and eat breakfast. Breakfast was decent but I recommend that the muffins be left out to get room temp. Having them refrigerated made them firm not soft. The bacon was odd too.

The hotel was very clean! The staff was friendly and professional! Breakfast was good as well! Dawn B. and Linda S. did a great job cleaning the breakfast area and in making sure the foods were replenished! Linda actually went the extra mile and talked to us about our day! She asked if we were going to the Ark? I told her, yes and that was our main reason for coming to Kentucky! The room was extremely clean! I could tell by looking, but it smelled clean! Sometimes when you go into hotels they smell musty and dirty, well this one did not! I've been told I'm OCD and I possibly am, but I know clean and it was just that, "CLEAN!" The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice too! We will definitely stay here again if back in the area! We highly recommend this hotel! Thanks for a great stay! You made us feel welcome and at home!

The only thing I can think of that would might be better would be the lights in the bathroom. They maybe need a little stronger light around the mirror. Other than that small thing, nothing really! I only mention that to help in the future! You all exceeded our expectations with no worries! Thanks again!

Honestly, there really wasn’t anything I didn’t like I guess if I had to pick one it would’ve been nice if they had a pretty outside area to sit at. They have an inside pool, which is understandable for the area and we just wanted to sit down and have a glass of wine outside but the only place they’re really is two picnic tables with charcoal off the corner of the parking lot. But it worked we ordered pizza and drink our wine.

The overall decor of the hotel was pleasant and clean. The room was comfortable and provided all needed amenities.

The coffee in the lobby and for breakfast was not good. Too weak. Good coffee can taint my perception of a place. We had a very noisy neighbor upstairs that allowed their child, I suppose, to jump off the bed scores of times shaking our room and keeping us awake until about midnight. The walls seemed thin.

The lobby was really kicked and smelled good! I know that’s funny to mention, but it was very noticeable. Plenty of carts available to help with luggage if you have a lot of items. There was a huge field near the property where we let our dog run around in the morning. That was a nice plus, but it may not always be a field, so don’t count on it if traveling with a pet.

The pool was super cold, so our son only swam for a few minutes. That’s all.

The breakfast was wonderful with a variety of items available for us. We liked the availability of the juice station throughout the day as well as the coffee. Chocolate chip cookies were delicious 🥰. The staff was nice, from the front desk to the breakfast crew and everything was clean and inviting. The hotel sits just off the highway and was very quiet. We had a great time and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Gosh, that’s a hard question. I can’t think of anything that we didn’t like.

The woman did a great job keeping the food stocked and the tables wiped down. She was very friendly and helpful. The food was satisfactory and appreciated. The person that checked us in was friendly as well as the person that checked us out.

The motel was good for us. We were exhausted upon arrival from traveling a total of 9 hours and attending a funeral before arriving to the motel. We had to work for our jobs until time to check out of the motel. Everything was as expected for a motel.

The staff were really friendly and very helpful. The front desk staff responded to requests immediately. The room was clean and comfortable.

it was disappointing that breakfast is only served until 9am. That's too soon to close down breakfast. Also, with only one staff person for the breakfast area, we often would have to wait for food items to be replenished.
