People were very nice and polite. Very accommodating. They have reduced the amount of riff-raff greatly by restricting parking in the back where the cameras can't see. Good job management! It makes a big difference in the people who "hang out" back there. Keep up the good work. The place is much more under controle. It feels much safer.

The rooms don't have microwaves unless you get a room with a king-sized bed. (Not revealed at time of booking.) They need microwaves in all of their rooms if they are going to compete with the other motels that do. Everyone needs to be able to heat up their leftovers or cook a quick tv dinner. The microwave manufacturers should be able to cut them a deal if they buy any kind of quantity of units.

My husband and I came in and we have a cat first of all because the cat was allowed was absolutely wonderful secondly the room was huge had a wonderful TV a great air conditioner a microwave and a refrigerator the shower the power in the shower was awesome I took a bath probably for 24 hours because it was so wonderful sitting in that bathtub in that bathroom I would give by far 10 thumbs up anyone that wants to stay there I recommend it highly my name is Ronnie Greer may God bless you

I had a problem with the toilet in my room and they immediately moved me to a room with no problems. Very good service.

They need to make their key cards function for the full extent of your stay. Its not always convenient to have to go to the front desk to have your key reactivated.

I always choose to stay at this motel because they re the most pet friendly establishment in Vallejo. The staff is familiar with me and my dog, and always have been super friendly and polite.

I didn't like how the vending machines are no longer working but that was something that they were in the process of fixing. They've also been working hard to change the atmosphere around there by eliminating troublemaker and not allow loitering in the parking lots which has made a big difference.

Nice clean room, vanity room with sink, clean comfortable bathroom.

Weird staff at office although polite and cooperative. Need a second trash basket at vanity sink area. No hangers! No box of facial tissue. Had to ask room service/laundry for towels, face towels Otherwise, room is clean and comfortable. Outside doors, need to clean more of trash debris.

location to freeway quick and easy , I have stayed here about 6 times never any issues. hot water is extra hot making for a nice bath. alll in all thrift hotel that you can get a good nights rest.

Towels dingy,ac/heater didn’t work, staff needs to know property better,called for towels and never got them had to go get myself.. didn’t know what rooms had micro&fridge made me go try rooms and if not bring key back and try another! Never got the room I wanted! Please educate staff or make a list of rooms with micro and fridge to make it easier when someone asked for it! Thank you!

No fridge or microwave in the rooms with queen beds, only in the king rooms or the double queen deluxe, but they do have a microwave u can use by the office. Also the ice machine is always out of order.
