The overall aesthetics of the place, the location, the look from entrance to your room is amazing and so comfy. I feel like I am in a European styled hotel. Such a Lux feel I was super happy with it all. The bathroom has a nice shower and the room has plenty of space with nice views. I will be coming back over and over again.

I did request late check out because I was too happy to go to sleep for my birthday and just got engaged and they kept knocking and calling the room to rush us out after I requested a late check out already. It was so rude and disrespectful the way they handled the situation from the cleaning team knocking and telling us to call the front desk about it to us telling the front desk again we need late check out and then they kept ringing and calling the phone while we were packing to leave. I wanted to give this place a 10 and 5 stars but the exit was not professional or nice at all.

We loved the rooms. The beds were comfortable, clean, and neat. Bathroom was nice and clean. Liked the decor, room art, and how quiet it was in the night time. Would book this hotel again when in Atlanta.

This hotel needs bigger sign in front of the hotel. For this reason, it was difficult finding it and our Uber drivers had a difficult time picking us up. I booked a 2 queen sized beds with booking.com and the hotel initially tried to give us a king size bed stating that the hotel had the choice in what room we received. That did not make any sense. When I made the booking on booking.com it said 2 queen sized beds. Please make that clear when booking.

nothing really but if I can make a small recommendation... I drink my coffee with sugar. the cup by the coffee machine had an array of sweetener options. But the quality was random so I'm essence, it was full but not with what I preferred 😉. On a positive note, this morning when I called room service and asked for more sugar, it was brought up quickly. Exceptional service, especially when we are speaking about the first morning cup of coffee 🤣. That's all 😊

New contemporary hotel, Great location for our interests and one block from MARTA. The staff was great! We felt safe with the secure elevators that required your room card

Sometimes designers forget the practical needs: only one towel bar and no hooks. Using a towel once is really not environmentally sound. For those takin MARTA the entrance was very difficult to find and not well marked. The restaurant was ok, nothing great.

It was a brand new hotel. Everything is so stylish, clean and nice. Wonderful bath lobes. The people working this hotel were so kind and helpful. Since it is so new, there are many small details that need to be improved. I really hope this hotel will succeed in this business, since it is awesome location and such an arty place. Free of bicycle use was great. To give us bottle of water when we take off to sightseening was great.

The door of the rooms and shower doors make huge noises when they close. There are no light switch on the wall to turn on room lights. It has very nice restaurant and bar, hope breakfast was included (or give us choice of breakfast included). Hard to adjust room temperature, air-conditioned was not working good during our stay.

The location was nice since it was close to a lot of things. I loved the hotel. I loved my room. Very spacious and always clean. The only thing I would say is the ceiling in the shower should be looked at. Idk if it’s water damage, but the ceiling where the shower is should be fixed.

I wish the hotel had some kind of perk with the parking.

They are having some issues at the beginning of their venture- very little stock of toilet paper, no hand soap or hand towels. They initially put us In someone else’s room! But corrected it promptly and offered complementary breakfast for our troubles Valet parking fee is excessive

The best staff any hotel in The USA could have! Very professional, very compassionate, very kind and very friendly. You won’t get wrong by staying in this hotel! JaQuel from front desk is amazing same as the night hotel manager. Thank you so much to both for being wonderful!

Wide rooms, silent and comfortable .

Fridge empty, water available in the corridors only. At least some bottles of water should be jn room said a price of 400k/night. I notice i am not the first one charged for something i should not be! In My rate the breakfast was included and at check out i was reconfirmed at the counter. Received the invoice by email and breakfast has been double charged!! It's two days i try to contact the front desk to refund and no replies. That's definetely not the way !!!

The place was decorated beautifully for the Christmas season!

Every single day, around 3PM, Housekeeping would walk down the hall walking in and out of each room screaming “Housekeeping” allowing the doors to slam EACH and EVERY time!
