The front desk had fantastic customer service. The elevators weren't working, and we were supposed to be on the 9th floor! My daughter is 7 months pregnant, and they were able to accommodate us and move us down to the 3rd floor so she didn't have to walk up 9 flights of stairs! The elevators were fixed by the evening time. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was huge!

The main room with the 2 beds and sleeper sofa should be bigger, not enough space to walk around the room.

It was close to the restraunt and fox theater for our anniversary trip. The desk attendant was kind and attentive. She got me extra pillows and ice. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and definitely needed it. Breakfast was delicious! Stylish cute room with all you need provided.

The parking was a little scary. Our truck with a ladder rack fit in only one spot. But we did get to park there. Only 1 elevator was working.

the parking deck was awful--two way traffic when there was barely enough room for one car. plus getting in and out of the parking spaces was very tricky.

Convenient to the downtown area, although our main goal was to visit Georgia Tech, but it was a close drive. They have an onsite parking. Close to restaurants. We have a kitchenette in our room which is a plus, especially equipped with a dishwasher.

If you have a truck or an SUV with an overhead, you will not fit in their garage. However, they will show you where to go for parking. Some of the utensils in our kitchenette were dirty but soap and sponge are provided.

The room was really nice with all of the kitchen utensils for a comfortable stay and a large bathroom. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly, allowing us to store our luggage before the check in time.

I wish the breakfast was a bit better and stayed open longer.

Kitchen in the room was great for me. I like that many hotels moved to refillable shower gel, shampoos and conditioner.

No cleaning or garbage removal day to day. To be fair, it is the case in every hotel I stayed at after pandemic. Also, bathroom shower gel was not refilled between the guests as we got in the day 1 and never got refilled during our stay.

I loved the layout of the room. The bed was very comfortable. The fluffy, soft pillows made for a good night of sleep. Didn't realized it until I got there but I was up the street from my daughter (whom I was in town to visit). So, the location was a definite plus for me. Not only was I within walking distance of my daugher but also eating places and a nail salon. The breakfast staff were very friendly (one of them volunteered to assist with taking my breakfast back to my room). I loved having a variety of choices for a Saturday morning breakfast. Also, the front desk staff were professional yet very cordial to me during my early check-in and noon day check-out.

I didn't like having to pay for "on site" parking. Considering the cost of one night's stay, parking should have been free. Also, I didn't like the view out of my room's window. I was facing another building in wich construction workers were there upon my arrival.

Not many choice to stay for me. I want to be close to tech square. The room has kitchen facilities, which is great.

It is by the street such that it is a bit noisy. The room is not cleaned on a daily basis.

Localization and the quit low price in comparison to other hotels, Nevertheless the price for east European citizens is very high.

They can not prepare an invoice if you book the room through booking.com. Our invoices are wrong, and we are afraid that our university will not refund the cost!

Room was spacious. Central location l, friendly and helpful staff members. Lots of plugs and nice amenities

The pull out bed looked like it had bodily fluids on the mattress and the couch looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned. Also the elevator and hallways were really hot. Not sure why it was so warm when the rooms were fine.
