Parking is very expensive! If you’re staying on the property you should not have to pay! Would be nice if breakfast were available until 10am (at least). We are from California and every morning we’d miss breakfast because it shut down at 9:30am.

I was coming in a train wreck. My mom had a heart attack and I didn't know how long I was gong to have to stay and had to add an additional day, and I had booked through a third party and was freaking out as to the process and having to be at the hospital at the same time. Not knowing if I would lose my room or how it would all work but the staff was exceptional, and their kindness was so appreciated. Ian even chased me down as I came in one night just to ask about my mom. I had to leave to go back home to Tennessee for a couple of days due to mom's complications and our finances, but when we find out when/if the surgery will take place, we'll stay no where else but here. They are wonderful! The location to the hospital is great, the rooms are very clean and well stocked. The perks of the bar, appetizers, and fabulous breakfast are amazing!!

The location was excellent. The room was large and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. At the breakfast room, staff were always asking if I needed anything, and if they could help with anything even before I asked. They were just delightful. I would stay here again on my next visit.

I would’ve liked there to be more towel racks or hooks in the bathroom, especially near the bathroom sink.

Smell was good. Cleanliness was good. Location was good for the event I was attending.

Staff was helpful and courteous, but there was only one staff at the front desk and often lines of people waiting to be served by the one staff at one desk. There were three counters but only one person running check-in and outs and guest needs. Although, staff worked steady to assist everyone, it seemed a second staff member would have expedited each guests wait.

The staff was FANTASTIC. Shaun Lee, the front desk attendant went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Fresh sheets, finding us what we needed and his general demeanor. He was a Breathe of fresh air. Thank him personally for his patience with the many kids we were traveling with. How employees treat children speaks volumes about someone’s character.

I think the 4th day cleaning policy is simply unhygienic. No trash bags, no trash valet. Unacceptable. Having to request sheets to change them ourselves, unacceptable for 300 dollars a night. Also the bartenders are not on the same page. On Friday last call was 10:30 on Saturday it was 10pm. We RUSHED back to make last call to be what seemed like a burden. Please BE CONSISTENT. We do not care if it’s 9, 10 or 10:15 BUT IT NEEDS TO BE THE SAME EVERY DAY AND POSTED.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The people on duty Sunday afternoon was exceptional. They need promotion and extra help. Clean and comfy room.

Vent fan on adjacent roof in dire need of service.. Skull numbing deep grumbling noise The GPS position and Google image seriously needs an update. You need better organizing of available managers to assist staff with on site issues. A foyer long line of people trying to book in is unacceptable. Managing traffic near entrance was non existent.. This is a Hilton... sharpen up please.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was great and the free snacks/drinks during happy hour was perfect for our girls trip! The location was excellent as well, we were within 15 min of almost everything we wanted to do.

The location was very convenient, the facilities were clean and top notch. The staff was exceptional; when we checked in, our room wasn’t ready (like most people’s at the time - there was some delay with room cleanings). The front desk staff went out of their way to help make accommodations and store luggage so we did not miss out on our scheduled activities.

The doors weren’t as sound proof as preferred; if there was a lot of traffic in the halls, you could hear it.

not enough linen and covers we had 6 guests only enough for the two adult beds and two people for baths. No covers or bed linen was provided for pull out bed/ couch there was not enough staff to deliver linen to room had to go get from front desk
