extremely comfortable beds, pillows, and bedding!! super clean!! great communication!!

its location, close to the airport, is super convenient to get to the Airport, but it is 30~ 50 minute away by car from all of the turistic areas it's advertised as a two bathroom apartment, but it's a one and a half bathroom apartment. the second bathroom doesn't have a shower/tub

The location was amazing, it was clean and nice

I arrive 2:00pm, check-in was at 3:00 pm. I had to wait at the gate with the kids under the sun till 4:00 pm, to check in and get gate permission to enter the compound.

The apartment is clean and in a great location, very close to CFC Mall. The Compound is very clean and family friendly

The apartment is a little dark due to the lack of natural light We could not use the garden because it was wet most of the time due to the absence of sunlight The apartment is cold in winter due to the lack of heating. We thank Mr. Ashraf for providing us with a heater.

the place was gorgeous, so quiet and comfortable! In my opinion the best think about the property is the beds, the most comfortable mattress with beautiful soft linens. we all had the best sleep, so comfortable!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!

Location and security is very good. The furniture was good and comfortable. The internet was very good. Though I didnt meet any of the staff, they were quite responsive and in touch

Though the idea of getting the key is good, through a pass code, but entering the building was a hassle as the guards were not aware, so they didnt allow me in with the family, which took me a while till I found one entering the building, as I was not able to get in touch with the staff timely. The cleaning tools were placed in the guests toilet in a none appropriate way

The staff Nour was very helpful and smart and answer any question immediately. Also the security staff near our building entrance 24 hours and very helpful. So every thing was safety ans secured.

No extra free hours to stay at the apartment. For each hour charged us US$20/- and the apartment a bit far to Zamalek, tahreer sequare etc. but the uber can reach the apartment easily and fast😍

Issue of water that arose but was not particularly solve within an expected timeframe of at least an hour knowing fully well the environment with regards to being a foreigner

Location of the Property and the value I paid

The level of cleaning and there were water issue in the property, where the water supply stopped for more than ten hours. I was surprised when I reached the property I was asked to use the stairs instead of elevator even I was carrying large items and big bags. There were insects issues as well.
