The location is great. Very close to all major attractions yet not right in the middle of the chaos that is Sultanhamet area. Friendly staff. Good breakfast, in line with every breakfast that you get atvthe turkiahbtourist hotels: good variation of local cheese, local sallads, local bread, local salami. On top other tourist turkish hotels is the nice lady cooking an omlette the way you want it to. Satisfying list of turkiah and international TV channels, but you're not in Istanbul to watch tv, are you? Confortable beds, nice room gifts every day (free water, fruits and selection of local nuts). My wife's birthday was up during the trip and we got a surprise when we came back tot the room: we found a Happy birthday card, some choxolate and a mini birthday cake.

Clean, tidy and organized. Very central location close to everything you need. Whether leisure or business trip, this is the hotel you need. Internet was great, facilities great, staff were all outstanding. That’s my second Stay there. Breakfast was ok like everywhere else but eatery in Istanbul is everywhere.

Absolutely nothing.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. A small present in the form of a plate with fruits and nuts was waiting for me in the room. Which, along with a cup of fragrant coffee from the coffee machine, created a pleasant mood. I would also like to mention the good location for exploring the historical sights of Istanbul. Very good impressions from the staff. Galip explained in great detail about the hotel's services and offered to leave our luggage at the hotel the next day before departure to the airport.

I expected more from breakfast. Very tasteless sausages and oil for fried potatoes with a peculiar smell

I had to spend one week in Turkey. I was for business trip unfortunately I was in three different hotels because I wasn’t happy for the service. I did find this oran hotel. I had excellent experience at the beginning specially with the reception stuff usually in Istanbul the reception they are quiet and pleasant not well welcoming . The hotel which I was the room are very clean . And Beautiful the bed are very comfortable, including the breakfast in the morning is full for different variety this Oran hotel he made the rest of my Business trip very pleasant and I enjoy staying in Istanbul. I really recommended for everyone coming to Istanbul for long or short stay to have same experience

1- amazing location only a few minutes walk to the metro station, Grand Bazaar, lots of restaurants and shopping stores 2- friendly stuff especially Gulip and Sukran.

1- room access key ( we had to change key cards almost after each time) 2- breakfast must be prepared at 7 Am as hotel mentioned because some people have early morning flight

the hotel is very well placed. We arrived on the day of accommodation very early, and were accommodated in a room where there were sleeping sofas. In the morning around 9.00 I received the camera. I requested a quiet room and received a room on the 2nd floor overlooking a terrace, beautiful, without the noise of the city. The room is equipped with everything you need, water heater, large enough bathroom, generous TV. Cleanliness of note 10. Extremely polite and helpful people at the reception. SPA an area worth visiting, with hammam, steam sauna and dry sauna. Try the massage! The breakfast restaurant located on the top floor offers a pleasant view, it is full of seagulls waiting for food, so do not be shy to give them some bread on the window. There is still room for better food, but you can find something to eat, enough for breakfast. I will return to this hotel!

the plates are already assembled, probably for safety reasons COVID, you find a slice of salami, cheese, etc., there are some customers who take more from the plates, and you wake up without the only slice of salami or cheese. Maybe more attention to food would be auspicious. However, in Istanbul you don't starve!

The hotel is located in the center of istanbul and in a very quiet area. The location is near to many restaurants and the metro. The staff were great and the receptionists were very helpful. The breakfast is very tasty in top floor with a nice view.
