The breakfast was overall good and always varied not focusing on one single type of food. There was 3 machines for coffee and juices and there was always filtered coffee ready to drink on breakfast. There staff really striving to keep it up and friendly with customers. Ms Ece presence during breakfast was really positive entertaining some talks with us to see our mood and if our activities were okay and that dialogue was appreciated. Mr. Djokai ( sorry for spelling) whose shift in the night was helping us constantly from the minute we reached the hotel : he gave us indication on finding cell phone data, accompanied us nearby to make it easy, gave us a metro card free of charge! Kept welcoming us during our stay. But also the other staff at reception were great : Mahmut, Hasan, the two other clerks who carried our bags ( sorry for names…), and a great room cleaning staff with that lady on 4 th floor who is absolutely human and smiling ! The location is great. Near the Vicenza hotel in same street a restaurant manager great to visit he was making magician for my 7 y. Old son . He gave us a reserved table for New years festival at 10 pm ! Go and enjoy their food too.

The hotel is well maintained but the structure is becoming old. The rooms furniture is getting old and may be some renovation could make it even better…

Minor issue with windows, not fully cosing

We were very satisfied with our experience. The breakfast was rich and very tasty. The room and room service were very pleasant. The room wasn’t luxurious, but still comfortable. I would especially like to thank the receptionist Yunus. A very nice and helpful man. The location was also excellent – there was a tram stop very close by, which took us quickly to Sultanahmet and Beyoğlu. There was also a metro station and various bus stops nearby. The area had plenty of restaurants and shopping streets.

The air conditioning didn’t always work perfectly, but the room wasn’t too hot.

I chose this place mainly for the swimming, but unfortunately, it was unavailable due to being broken or under maintenance. Although I was very disappointed by this, the staff’s warm welcome was exceptional. The location is amazing, and I would definitely return. On my first day, the gentleman at check-in was outstanding. He went the extra mile to assist me and provided all the information I needed to ensure I had the best experience.

The staff is very kind and as written in most of the comments, Emre is a 10 (always with a smile on his face, helps with any information you need and quickly solves any problem you encounter in the hotel)

The wifi connection it is very poor. In the evening, when most of the guests are in their rooms, it is very difficult to connect to the internet. Also, the breakfast... they could do better than that. It has various kinds of foods but the taste.... For example: the omelette seems to have been cooked with water instead of oil. I think the breakfast it is something they can improve.

A very well-located hotel, very close to public transport stations, with spacious and clean rooms, far exceeding the level of other 4-star hotels in Istanbul. The staff is very friendly and smiling, always ready to help with any issue. The breakfast is excellent, with varied, tasty, and fresh dishes, catering to all tastes. The hotel has various facilities to ensure a successful stay at this location. For very hot days, we recommend the outdoor pool on the top floor, which also offers an impressive view. Nothing. Everything was perfect!

We did not book for breakfast but the room looked very nice. The roof top pool was spotless and the view was great. The room was a good size which was great as we were there for nine nights. The location was excellent as we were near the metro and the trams.

We didn't arrive until 3.00pm and the room still wasn't ready. The room was ready by about 3.30pm and I feel that we should have been offered a drink or at least some water as it was very hot. The hotel in Izmir brought us a coffee and apologized for the room not being ready.

The hotel is located in a good area. Liked the lobby area as well. The friendliness of all staff specially Hasan and Emreh, the nicest people and helped us with everything. Breakfast is superb with lots of varieties. The Bosphorus tour they booked for us was the best and the main highlight in Istanbul. Overall a brilliant experience. Will definitely stay again if i come back.

The only negative things were the WiFi quality is poor and indoor pool was cold.

Loved how they accommodate us with an early check in. The spacious room and wonderful front desk staff who were super friendly. Loved the breakfast staff who were so nice and kind: Gunes, Nazli, Utku and Azad. Gunes and Nazli especially gave us so many helpful advice like best place to shop and generally be a good laugh. My boys loved the swimming pool and my wife rated the spa treatment highly.

The bathroom was quite small and the breakfast whilst not that varied was hot and filling anyway. The air con would have been good if we could have reduce it more.
