Everything was great, but I would like to rate the cleanliness of our room the most. we lived on the sixth floor and the cleaner Sarinah was always very nice to us and every day, she perfectly cleaned and made our beds. We slept really well there in this hotel,due to clearing lady and due to all hotel employees,who made our staying so comfortable, what is very important when you are far from home. Apart from a lovely hotel, good facilities across from big shopping Mall and lovely staff. I had an unfortunate fall outside the hotel, the pavements are quite high although edged witj yellow. I was tired after arriving from Australia and slipped. and quite badly hurt,. The manager Thomas was immediate in coming to my assistance and administered caring and knowledgeable first aid. I will never forget him and the help I had from him. Highly recommend staying here, close to the airport and lovely caring staff. Anni

Nothing it was excellent

the room was clean, the hotel adjoins an outlet mall with an excellent food court and many food options. The conference center is next door, as is the metro system - easy to use and you're right in down town Singapore within half an hour. Finally, Changi airport is close either by metro or taxi. The pool and excercise facility was great.

There were no comfortable chair options- ie- there was. a very small (and low/ short) desk chair but a more comfortable chair and couch would have made the room more comfortable. And in the closet there were only 3 hangers ( a petty detail to mention but it was hard to hang shirts for me, dresses for my wife).

Room was spacious and large bed was really comfy. Bathroom and shower were large. Robes and slippers supplied. Small kitchen area with filtered water tap, cooktop, mini fridge and microwave. Ideal location one train stop from Changi airport. Located in the business park area. Suited us for a two night stopover. We travelled all over by metro with the station just a few minutes away. You can get to the station from the shopping centre directly next door. Staff were super nice and we got an early check-in which was really appreciated. We also got to store our luggage on checkout.

Loved the entire atmosphere...pleasantly clean...the lobby & lifts smells good ...would be great if the fragrance spread till the rooms too... We booked to stay at this hotel back then it was Capri by Fraser...so its not our 1st time in the same hotel only under different establishment. The staffs were all Friendly, Accommodating & Helpful...Great asset for the establishment! Our 2 toddlers enjoyed themselves throughout the 2D1N stay...The vicinity is a walking distance to CCP mall, NTUC & 711 store which were a bonus & plus point to suit our convenience... Will consider our next stay if the rate suits our budget tho... REGARDS & GOOD LUCK!

Unfortunately we realised on the morning of the 2nd day there was leakage from the tiles of the bathtub when our toddlers had their bubble bath....we didnt hilite coz we were checking out already (Rm1219) And as for the rate charged; the hotel could also improve on the quality of the towels too...✌️

Proximity to the airport (we had to leave the next morning); attached to Changi City Point Mall which has MANY good outlet shops (NB, ASICS, Crocs, Skechers, etc, etc) and LOTS of eateries; and the area around the hotel is very friendly for morning-walkers like us. We (3 couples) were all upgraded to the hotel’s very spacious Superior Rooms with kitchenette and full kitchenware - THANK YOU! And as guests in our 70s we really appreciate the chrome bars on the wall of the bath tub to make it safe for us to get in and out of the bath.

Nothing, and would stay here again if we had to stop over in Singapore overnight the next time.

Best hotel of our trip! The rooms were very spacious and clean. Aircon worked great. The pool was lovely, also had a good mix of shade and sunny spots. The staff were so lovely - they even let us shower in the gym after we'd checked out!! Very polite and helpful. Would highly recommend and rebook. Great location if you are visiting Singapore Expo. A bit loud at night with kids screaming but they stopped at 1030; couldn't hear my friend next door. The robes and filtered water were such a treat!

Great location with public transportation just a walk away and wonderful amenities around. Lots of eateries to choose from mall next door. Room was spacious for fam of 3, relatively clean and comfortable. Love the kitchenette, though we hardly used them. A good sized fridge to store your drinks and snacks. Concierge were wonderful; the staff were accommodating and friendly.

Only one downside: bathtub was a little too high than most. Can be a little tricky to get in/out of.

Love the checking in process. I got there around 9 p.m., and they quickly got me checked in and settled in my room in under 15 minutes. The bed was nice, and the room was cold once I set the temperature. Linens were higher quality as they kept us warm. The shower had a lot of pressure, especially the rain shower, which is rare. Breakfast was assorted, and food was warm. Staff was attentive, especially management, if they saw me waiting.

We had an excellent night while transiting through Singapore. The room was lovely and spacious. We even got a call not long after check in to welcome us and make sure the room was up to our liking. The pool was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. It was lovely and quiet and the shower was fantastic. The location is amazing- close to the airport and there is a shopping mall a few steps away. This will be our transit hotel from now on.

We can’t complain at all. We will be back!
