The best about this place is its location: super close to the Duomo, supermarket, many shops and restaurants. We walked to the Armani Silos and to the Triennale (Design Museum). We rented a 2-bedroom “apartment” – not sure if we can call it an apartment as it had no kitchen or kitchenette, nor any facilities for preparing a meal or even a fridge. There was only a kettle. There was no living room either. Only two bedrooms, a hall and a bathroom. For us this was OK. We really valued having two rooms, more than anything else. When we go back to Milan, probably we will stay there again.

It was quite noisy (hear plugs may become in handy). There were only two toilet paper rolls (for two people staying four nights): it is annoying when hosts save on these things. Lastly, the place has great potential which is not being explored: building a kitchenette, adding a small fridge, exchanging the fans for AC and replacing a few pieces of furniture would easily take it to the next level.

I reached the hotel on sunday morning and the stuff kept our luggage in the store so we can move around the city freely ... The Best location ever we, needed the public transportation only to and from the airport ... very clean and cosy ... to go to airport from the appartment you need to take a metro to the central station and then take a bus ( 12 euro per person) to the airport outside the station.

Absolutely fabulous location !!! We were minutes away from everything so we walked everywhere and loved it. The flat is beautiful and clean but on the old side which was fine as give some cachet. We were 5 and had plenty of place. The bathroom was beautiful and the shower wonderful ! Felt very luxurious. Comfy beds but hard pillows which seems to be normal in Italy as we had the same in other places we stayed. A fridge would have been great and maybe mention there is no kitchen at all? I may have missed it in the description though so please forgive me. We even had a balcony that was really nice. Famous and delicious sandwich shop just meters away, great little plaza with the church and a nice cafe … we had sandwiches on the stairs of the church, in April sun …. great !! Perfect with kids as they were able to run around freely as not many cars driving by and slowly.

I mentioned we were arriving at the train station at 12.25pm and we would do our best to arrive by 1pm as we would like to drop our luggages. We arrived few minutes before one but there was no one. We ended up paying to store our luggage but it was on a shop on the next street so was ok. Really noisy as other mentioned but because you are in the center of the town. Quite normal in t evening but quiet rest of the time. We had people in the next door flat and we could hear all they were saying as the insulation/wall was very thin but they ended up sleeping shortly after we were in bed so we were not too disturbed. No lift on our side of the building but not needed for us. There are some flats with one on the other side of the building.

Location was perfect! I stayed in the studio and that place is very organized and spacious. Absolutely worth it the price. It’s not a renovated space like most airbnb’s and hotels but makes you feel you are in Italy. the bed was very comfy it had most basic items you need. I absolutely will stay there again.

-It didn’t have a mini fridge. - There was not hot water in the morning ( I don’t know if it’s a recurrent issue) - Check in times are very strict ( try to adjust so you don’t have to pay extra ) - Elevator is very small but if you have luggage it will be you and a suitcase at a time or u can take the stairs. - Place was very quiet, loved it

it's the second time I make a reservation at this particular hotel..I'm very pleased..Karim is very helpful..the room is spacious and clean..the location is right in the center just 3 minutes from the duomo square

Very comfortable bed, good shower, nice and clean room and nice stuff. The location is great of the hotel for a very good price. Very close to Duomo. I d stay there again.

I liked everything about it

Excellent very central location. Fan in the room was loud enough to block the noise of the street at night. If you can collect bags after 3pm, then you can leave them in the cleaners' room on checkout.

It was a 2 bedroom apartment with a kettle, but only one cup. The staff couldn't find another one. Not really an apartment, as it didn't have a fridge or any cooking facilities.

Bedroom was cozy!

Main area was was cold , central heating wasn't enough.upper floor was metal so even colder.Staff was helpful but too many codes and digital keys to enter

Reception was good. Proximity to the Duoma was excellent.

Kitchen facilities very thin. Electrical sockets and fittings need repair. Fridge and stovetop could not be used at same time.

The location of this place is absolutely wonderful, right in the heart of Milan were were able to get everywhere by foot. (4 minute walk to Duomo di Milano). Our 2 bedroom condo was larger than we expected with beautiful balcony view and an updated bathroom. The staff was also very accommodating in storing our luggage when needed. Definitely recommend for a long or short stay!!
