I recently visited to Hawaii Resort Phu Quoc and was satisfied to discover that the resort's accommodations and amenities had been greatly enhanced from my previous visit. The staff's attention providing and care contributed significantly in establishing a more inviting and pleasant environment for guests. The highlight of my visit was without uncertainty the magnificent beach. The beach bar, which was readily accessible right on the coastline, contributed to the overall atmosphere and established it easy to simply unwind and soak up the sun. The dulcet tones of the waves and the fresh breeze made me believe as though I occupied paradise.

Location was great with a lovely swimming pool. Breakfast was fantastic, rooms very comfortable and clean. We had a Seaview Central Room and wow just amazing for the price.

Staff listen to my complaint about wifi and it was fixed fairly quickly.

Room was a little old but still, every thing works.

The fact that our bungalows were 5m. away from the beach is incredible

Breakfast was usually good. The location was awesome!

Location was perfect. Staff was friendly. Territory and the beach were an advantage of the hotel. Beautiful sunsets in the evening. Beach bar was very popular in that area so it was crowded every evening. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant a couple of times and we liked it very much. On Tuesdays-Thursdays-Saturdays there is live music.

Everything is old and hardly functioning. Very strong smell of mold. Reception informed us that we were given a renovated bungalow however it was old, we asked to move us to a fresher room and they did so in a couple of days. Renovated room was not much better than the old one. Breakfast is poor and restaurant area is dirty. Food was not replenished in time. The dishes were washed by a woman, not a dishwasher. Toiletries and beach towels have another hotel name. The door could not be completely closed. The hotel needs a caring hand!

It was right end to the beach and many restaurants. The beach was clean and the water was nice. Breakfast was ok and the beach bar had a good selection of drinks.

The wifi was quite bad. Mostly didn't work while we were there. While the beach was nice, theirnwerenr enough beach chairs. People go out super early and save them all. The beds were quite hard and sheets/blankets where soft, but that's typical. Breakfast had many options but does lack in filling vegan options (only fruit and vegetables and noodle soup if you ask for it without meat - but broth is probably still meat based). The beach restaurant is the same with no main dishes being vegan (they have fried noodles with vegetables but mi noodles aren't vegan). The pool was okay but the area was unkept.

Million dollar views for a super cheap price! Beach bar and staff were amazing, we spent lots of time there! Special mention to Au. Hotel staff were amazing and looked after us very well Aircon worked great in the room! It’s near everything and you could walk to restaurants and bars Despite the few issues listed below we’d stay there again

The plumbing had a bad smell, not sure what was going on there, the rooms were very basic. The buffet breakfast wasn’t great, we just walked up to a local cafe each morning or had breakfast in the beach bar (clearly not the same cook as the buffet lol)

Though the hotel needs serious upgrade, the hotel's location and the beach bar were great.. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. A little renovation and modernization, and the property will be great.

The breakfast could be much better compared to the price.
