Brand new hotel apartment complex centrally located with the best staff. You can find many cafes, restaurants and shops close to the hotel. Public transportation including metrobus and buses are within 300 metres. I landed in Istanbul early morning and asked the admin for an early check in which was provided without any extra payments, as well as late check out! If you are looking for a great 2-bedroom apartment for a family or a group of friends or even a couple, it would be the best choice since it provides all amenities and all kitchen appliances, even a dish washer and a grill. Special thanks to the administrator Mr. Tuna, receptionists Hadir and Kan for a warm welcoming in Istanbul, I appreciate all the help they provided and wish them luck with the future guests and growth in their business.

Everything was super

Nice and spacious apartment with all you need for your stay. There is also a laundry machine with a dryer but instructions in turkish language only. We had a parking lot reserved just in front of the hotel. There are a lot of stores, snack bars, and restaurants around the hotel. You can reach Aya Sofia and all the historic places by metro from station Yenibosna (around 10 minutes by walk). The hotel staff is very friendly and trying to assist. I recommend it.

I like everything about the appartement it was very comfortable clean the view was beautiful the staff were very helping nd respecting the guests. all the managers were very gd nd helping also I would like to thanks The manager who helping me during my operation nd off course I don't want to forget Zaki of his helping me a lot they treat me like I'm one of them family thank u so much for this welcoming nd greatful vacation I highly recomand for all of those want relax happy comfort vacation thanks for u all nd see u soon🙏

A little traffic specially the cars nd people in the night nd should put more high cover for the windows because the light coming to my bedroom in the earlier hours of the morning I hope to fix that..

The apartment was spacious, brand new and tidy. There are plenty dining places around. Excellent hot shower. Large flat screen TV. Washing machine was handy. Friendly staff. For Istanbul it was reasonably quiet over night.

Location - although near train station and metro bus, the place is too far from the city centre (45 min commute). Missing some kitchen appliances (microwave oven) and equipment, cleaning tools etc. For example having a dishwasher but no tablets etc.

Comfortable and well maintained apartment. Wifi and tv are great, well equipped. Beds are comfy. Location is very nice, next to a city park. Full of pastry shops, coffee shops, groceries, restaurants, whatever you need. Great value for the money. Thank you, Zaki and team!

We were in apartment looking towards the street, which is a main road, very busy and it is quite noisy during nights also. Still we were ok with that, but for other people could be a problem. There is no parking, but every day we managed to find spot. Hotel staff also helped with that

From cleanliness of the hotel to attention of the staff, and location of the hotel, this accommodation gets all rounded 10 points! We stayed in many self-catering/apartment style hotels in Turkey and overseas previously however this is by far the best one we’ve been to as a family. Rooms are spacious and have all the equipment/appliances necessary to have a comfortable stay as a family especially with kids. Located in a perfect area with colourful, vibey streets where coffee shops, patisserie, restaurants and public transport is at your footsteps.

I recommend including the breakfast option going forward.

The apartment was clean, well-furnished, featured AC, dishwasher, washing/drying machine and a coffee/tea maker - basically everything you need for a comfortable homelike stay. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, helped with the baggage (even though I didn't ask for help) and answered our general questions regarding the stay in İstanbul. Even though there's no private parking per se, I had no problem parking my car next to the hotel as the staff reserves parking spots for their guests along the street.

We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The apartment was new and modern, especially its clean rooms made us feel very comfortable. We had everything we needed, such as a washing machine, towels, toilet paper, slippers etc.. The reception was open 24/7 and the service was great - friendly and quick. Everything we asked for was delivered immediately. I fully recommend this place. There are also many restaurants and bakeries nearby. You can take the bus and metro easily. If you travel with your family, you can feel safe and welcome!

The rooms are a good size with everything you need. The hotel is in immaculate condition and very clean. The Staff members are the most helpful and friendly team in the whole Turkey. I would like to thank Tuna and his staff members for the way they welcomed us with smiles 😊. 24 hours if we needed anything, the reception staff members were there to help. - What I like the most about the property is the cleanliness of the place. Staff are helpful and polite. The location are strategic ; nearby pharmacy, groceries and local food shop/restaurant just around the corner. ATM’s machine are easy to find. I can say that the neighbourhood are safe to stay.
