The hospitality of hotel personnel (special thanks to Ahmed) who welcomed us regardless of early arrival, which we did appreciate greatly after sleepless night and 10,5-hr bus trip. The room was cosy and clean, water and kettle to have a tea, all items in bathroom, the SPA free for guests as well as Ahmed’s attentiveness made our day and revived us. The breakfast was full and varied. It is served at 6th floor with nice view of city area and calm atmosphere. The restaurant staff members are also efficient and show warmth and care.

It is the best option if you have what to do in the area or planning your rest before going further by air (airport is 2 metro stations away), but if you want to attend the main sightseeing spots it takes time to get to the historic centre. However, municipal transport links are excellent (buses, metro).

I like so much the room is beautiful I like to come again in this hotel because of staff or employee's there were so nice and smiling and surviving with their hart ,really I felt very comfortable and warm feeling because of them ..I will thank all the employees there Amurallah he was sooo nice and serves with big effort to smile and Ahmad and Berhat in reception enythig I need they immediately serve and advice us if we want go some where .the employers so friendly they let me as I am in my home ...the breakfast delicious and beautiful Tara's in the restaurant there is wonderful waiter her name is Melek she made me love to be in the restaurant she was so kind and friendly and serve us professionally ..so this is my experience there I would like to come again to this beautiful hotel

Like the hospitality given by each staff member at the Hotel including Ahmad / Omar / Manager and team. During the first day my forex card was not working due to a server issue, they allowed me to stay and I paid the next day. A total of 6 nights stayed and loved the way they took care. Breakfast was in good range for all the varieties. Ultimately it's good and valuable with a budget hotel price.

The staff is magnificent. They did everything they can to make my stay special. I stayed 11 days and every day was amazing. Breakfast was various and delicious. Room is cozy and spacious. They upgraded my room to the suite. I’d like to thank Okan the bellboy for his special care and Emre from reception for his attention. I recommend this hotel.

I like the view from restaurant . The personel was helpfull and reacting for all my needs. You can experience less touristic places - a real bazaar, authentic shops, smiles on the streets, see how people live- just out of hotel.

the gym is well equipped, but it is only open from 1 p.m. Morning training is not possible And not possible to regulate clima yourself

We were looking a hotel the area for hospital we need to go. All personel is ready to help you.Omar is the best person we meet in Istanbul. He upgraded our room. He finded taxi to everywhere we need. Thanks a lot to him. Breakfast is realy good. Hot and pastry things. Fresh and different. Thanks to all personel off midmar hotel.

The spa is realy good but you need to pay extra money.

The service is exceptional. The staff go above and beyond to reach the guests’ expectations. They upgraded my room to suite for free and the room was spacious, clean and with a jacuzzi in the bathroom. Breakfast is delicious and lots of options. Emre the chief of reception is very friendly and informative. I will definitely come back with my family.

When booking in to the Midmar hotel, Ashmed was there to greet us with a welcome smile. After chatting to him, a while I asked him for a quiet room. He upgraded me to a suit. All the staff were very good. The hotel is very clean and very reusable. Well done 👏 ✔️

Great short stay at the MidMar Deluxe Hotel. I will recommend this hotel to fellow travellers as it is a good value for money option for your stay in Istanbul. The room was spacious and clean, and the reception staff was exceptional and welcoming. If you have time, I will recommend visiting the on-site hammam. I had a good relaxing massage and treatment there.

The location was perfect for our stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

On booking wasn't mentioned that the spa is not included in the reservation and we had to pay extra for it.
