Very spacious and clean (living room, kitchen and bedroom.) This was great for a family of 5 with small kids. Really good value for this kind of place! Almost felt bad that we stayed just one night.

Really had to dig deep to find a negative. Parking was not included, but this is a very small complaint as there are many coin parks close to the property. If you really want a hotel breakfast, this is not the place for you since it is not provided. There are plenty of places to eat close enough and also the kitchen in your room has the basics you need if you prefer to make your own food (which we did)

So glad we picked this hotel for our last stay in Japan. After five other hotels in other cities this was the best of them all. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and the room seemed spacious compared to others. The beds were the most comfortable of all the hotels...not hard rocks and the facilities, small fridge, microwave and hot pot were convenient. The shower was awesome with plenty of towels. Downstairs they provided even more!--ice, coffee, more glasses, etc. So much care. Oh and even free laundry! The location is excellent for walking to Peace Park and many other of the attractions. Did I mention how glad we were to stay here???

The only "room for improvement" we could offer would be to replace or fix the small love seat in the room. It was low to begin with and when we sat we just about sank to the floor. Needs better support. But everything else was great.

What a great stay we had! Main things to like: - Very large room, really well equipped with everything we needed. Modern, clean, tastefully decorated... Perfect! - Friendly staff (when present) - Amazing value for money! Hard to beat. - Quiet location, but lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, and in walking distance to main attractions

- Staff wasn't always present at reception, and anyone can get into the hotel lobby by simply entering a code... Not great for security, and especially considering suitcases are left locked by the entrance before check-in. That being said, they do have security cameras & we didn't have any problems!

In the room: Toilet is separated from sink which is separated from the tub/shower. Bathroom and room slippers Bathroom air freshener Lightening plug cords, push button door locks, waffle robes, Microwave, bathroom dryer, desk/chair, fridge, kettle, coffee cups & glasses, couch, 2 sinks, slippers, pole to hold onto to don shoes, shoehorn, big screen w YouTube/net-flicks, 2 full size beds. In the common area there were 3 high top tables and chairs, an espresso machine, a toaster oven, an ice machine and a vending machine with 100 yen 2 liter bottles of water and very inexpensive umbrellas (in addition to loaner umbrellas). There was a map of town on the wall with sights, restaurants and convenience store descriptions and locations. There were also locks for self serve luggage storage. They have 2 washer/dryers that include detergent and softener-for free! Close to street trolleys for transport. The staff are very kind and helpful. I highly recommend!!!

These items were no trouble for me but some may want to know these things: The elevators only hold 2 people and their luggage (we were 2 couples traveling together) due to weight limitations but that is a very small issue. There is no special view. There is no breakfast offered.

This is a small hotel with so much to offer. I mean, if you're looking for a comfortable place to stay sans the breakfast and other facilities, then this place is for you. The room is large enough for a family of 5 (2 seniors, 2 adults and 1 kid). It is spotless. And it's walking distance from public transport (about 250 meters away). They provide more than enough towels, toilet papers, napkins, toiletries, and other supplies. Really, there's nothing to complain about.

None really. This is exactly the place I was looking for, and is so much more than I expected given its affordability.

Great location! My room was really large and they had great facilities. I caught a tram from Hiroshima station which can be a bit tricky with heavy bags.

The mattress was extremely sunken in on one side. (Other side was fine) staff seemed a bit annoyed about the door system when I didn’t get it right (have to do a code to get in when they are sitting right there at reception, also the code is on a huge sign in front of the door so I can’t understand the point of it when anyone on the street can use it)

The room is very nice and cosy. Makes our stay so comfortable and after exploring the area, the tram is so near the hotel which makes it easy commute. The staff are very friendly too. Though its semi unmanned, the lobby waiting area has coffee machine. overall the this hotel is great and most importantly, clean. Can do laundry if need to and they also provide teabags, towels etc. exceeded our expectations.

the mattress is too soft. If its more firm, it would make the whole stay perfect

The rooms were really big and it was a nice addition to have a separate shower and toilet, so that even when traveling with friends you don't have to wait for one another. There room was not the biggest, but it had an alcove with a sofa that was perfect for storing luggage. The location is a little out of the way, but that made it very quiet. The laundry room had the best washing machines we had during our vacation.

The bedsheets were too warm for the weather outside, causing you to sweat unnecessarily.

beautifully clean, absolutely lovely room, so spacious, great amenities. less than 12 minute walk through a beautiful park and over the bridge to peace park.

Unique accommodations and a great value tucked away in Hiroshima. Location was very accessible to key sites including Atomic Bomb Dome, memorials, museums, etc.. We reserved two different styles of rooms for our group and both were nicely decorated, featured plenty of space, and were pleasant places to spend our downtime. There is also an adorable park nearby that had a farmer's market during our stay and we enjoyed local treasures including ice cream, muffins, honey, and an assortment of fresh vegetables.

The elevator is a bit small, but certainly usable. No complaints or issues at all really-- it was a really great place to stay and I'd gladly stay here again if I return to Hiroshima in the future.
