Fantastic location, walking distance to restaurant, waterfront , fish market, supermarket and more. Really helpful friendly, warm and caring staff, they even reverse our car when it was parked in a tight space in front of the hotel. Room was spacious, very clean, comfortable bed, good air conditioning unit. Breakfast was very decent, we liked the freshly made fruit salad and good selection of bread. Very relaxed ambience.

Hot water took sometime to arrive, but water pressure was great.

This hotel is a real gem in Setúbal! Perfect location - right by two big streets, safe, many bus stops around, walking distance to most of attractions (old town, promenade), many cafes and restaurants around. 24h reception, lift. Lovely room with balcony, very comfortable bed, big tv, small fridge, very nice bathroom with bath tub which can be used as shower. Rooms cleaned every day, fresh towels. Delicious breakfasts, especially bakeries. Amazing staff - very helpful and always smiling 🙂 Definitely I'll be back!

Amazing location and polite staff💛

Lovely small hotel in perfect location to reach beaches, restaurants and shops in Setubal. Room was bright and airy and bed was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Parking outside hotel was limited but we found a free alternative only a few minutes away. Good breakfast selection. Wished we were staying more than one night

Clean and cozy hotel, ideal location and close to both the Embankment and the city center. Very friendly staff, features, a blonde woman at the reception. Thank you very much, she helped me a lot with various questions☺️ moreover, she printed out all the necessary materials for my convenience

Breakfasts were not very good to say the least. As I wished to monitor the quality of the dishes, their freshness and the cleanliness of the dishes

An excellent breakfast buffet, one of the best I have come across with plenty of options. Having proper coffee available was a great bonus.

Now that my wife and I are getting older we find shower over bath option difficult to deal with. This is not a major issue.

I think breakfast was okay, not many selections but not in issue for me as I don’t normally have breakfast. On the other hand my spouse does have breakfast and would be great to have more to choose.

Compliment water for the room not just on day 1.

The location was perfect to walk everywhere and tourist office right there. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Our suite type room was perfect with desk and two chairs and large doors to open to outside. Robes, mini frig and air condirioning were a plus.

All the staff (room cleaners, breakfast service and reception) were very professional, efficient and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them, rather exceptional these days.

Some noise from outside the hotel (people talking loudly in the street late at night) but this is not within the hotel’s control.
