The room is newly furnished with nice furniture and new bathroom with excellent shower and water pressure. The staff was really nice and helpful.

There is a lot of construction work going on around the building although it doesn't affect you while the door of the room is closed. I didn't like the fact that the room we got was really small with nothing like a night table or any table where you can put some of your things onto. There are other rooms that are a bit bigger apparently. Also since it is newly furnished the fact there is only one power socket in the whole room was weird. Also the entrance door is the only way to get air in and since you have to close them because of bugs and else the air in the room was really not good with a lot of smell on mold even though it is not showing on the walls.

Beautiful construction, decor, and wonderful hospitality from the staff (Didit). Helped us so much with late check-in and clogged toilet. Would go back once the constructions are finished

We didn’t have a mirror in our room. The decorative pillows, bed spread, and bed frame were dusty, hope you’ll wipe and wash it occasionally. Would not recommend if you’re renting a car, not a good scooter driver, and has asthma due to construction work. WiFi was not the best inside the room since routers are placed outside. Perhaps it’s a petty but the toilet won’t stop flushing with running water for too long, just feel like it could safe more water.

We are so excited!!! And so grateful! And so happy. It's a beautiful location. Charming villa, interesting modern villa, perfect for a vacation. Wonderful villa, tastefully decorated and well equipped villa. Very welcoming, helpful, friendly host. We will book this villa again, and recommend this villa to anyone who wants to book it, believe me it is worth it!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful villa. There was more than enough room for everyone. Each room was unique and decorated with a lot of love. It had everything we needed for an unforgettable vacation. Our room and the whole villa was very clean! The host was very nice, he helped us with everything we did and was available to answer any questions we had.

The manager Didit and the bed was comfortable.it has potential.

The service, room was small and smelt bad, bugs in room and bed, and it is right in the middle of a construction site. Smoke from construction streamed through room, it is on a dirt track as well and not on maps so drivers cannot find location. Communal area right outside of room so can hear other guests clearly latest night. The owners were rude and ignorant when spoken to.

The fact was still under construction while we were staying so most the photo’s advertised aren’t included. A lot construction work on outside of the rooms at like 7:30 a.m. and could hear rats rattling above the rooms at nighttime

The pictures on Bookings were good - but in a reality- very bad. The suff was helpful and polite. The stuff said “you can return back money, make a request on booking- but it was impossible!! We list a time , money, and good mood

We didn’t stay there even one night because of a strong smell of mold and fungus. The stuff was pretty helpful but when we asked to return money they said that we can do it from booking and there was no option to return money so they didn’t return. The location was very bad! (“Black geto of PARQ, where instead of a view there is a wall and around ugly construction! A room looked good and spacious on the picture but in a reality in was small, with very bad view. We could not stay there because of a very strong smell of mold. We worried about our lungs and all body systems wellness. The manager politely said “you can request money return from booking” but he new that it was impossible.
