The one bedroom with private pool villa was beautiful!! It was so peaceful and quiet, the morning sun on the pool and into the bedroom made for the most relaxing mornings. The breakfast food is nice, the room service menu is really good with a big selection of meals and the prices are excellent. There are also a couple of restaurants next door too. The staff are all so lovely and friendly. The free shuttle into Ubud centre with pick-ups was so helpful and always on time. We would 100% stay here again.

Loved the spacious rooms and open air ensuite. The villas are beautifully decorated and were so comfortable, I would’ve loved to stay longer! The staff were welcoming, warm, always friendly and helpful - nothing was ever too much to ask. The free shuttle drop off and pick up into downtown Ubud was a great service! Must mention the breakfast options were excellent and substantial servings, also very tasty. If you’re around from 4pm, they have happy hour (buy 1, get 1 free) which is always a nice value add (the drinks are 👌🏽). I didn’t get to try the spa, only because I didn’t have enough time, but it will be the first thing I do when I’m back! Thank you to Ayu and her team at reception, you are all amazing at what you do!

Everything. The room was fantastic. The bathroom was so spacious and we had a pool in our backyard which was a first for me. And it was deep enough as well, which is something that I personally liked. There was nice seating as well, both beside the pool and there was a separate sofa as well. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location wise also, the place is good. It’s very close to Ubud. It hardly takes 7-10 minutes to reach the main street there. Another great point was that there was a fixed shuttle service from the property to central Ubud at fixed timings which had both the drop and pick up facility. Plus it’s free of cost.

We love the room, really tidy and spacious. There are shower and bathtub, and plenty space between them. It’s also small table and chair, we use it as our „office desk“ writing our postcards ☺️. At the terrace there are a small table and two chairs, awesome! We love the pool directly on the front of the villa. We love the breakfast, nutritious food and big enough to start your day! The staffs are outstanding, helpful and really friendly. This place is absolutely recommended!

Nice hotel and very friendly stuff. I like my room. It was with a balcony with a lot of greens around. It was a small spa salon there. I booked a massage every day. Price is reasonable/ around 200-250k for 1 hour massage. Free shuttle to the centre and back / as per schedule. Just 5-7 minutes driving to the centre. There is a small market nearby the hotel. Even you can find a wine there ). There is a very nice restaurant opposite the hotel. I was there 2 times. Generally, it was a nice place to stay 3 nights.

Generally it was good. Small remarks: please buy new fresh towels. Please provide bottled water inside the room.

We stayed eight nights at this beautiful hotel, and we had the most friendly and welcoming service I have experienced. All the staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The villa is fantastic value for money, and the price included breakfast in bed, which we ordered almost every day (amazing pancakes with fresh fruit). The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable, and we also made use of our pool (which is shared between two rooms - our neighbours did not use this much so we mostly had the pool to ourselves). Located very close to Ubud, with a shuttle available from the hotel into Ubud town. Fantastic restaurants just opposite and next to the hotel, which means there are plenty of great food options around. If we go to Ubud again, we would definitely stay at Bije Suites Villa again.

Great location if you want to away from the hustle & bustle of the centre! Bedroom really spacious & air con was great. We made good use of the free shuttles otherwise a grab to the centre is only 55-66k! Nice options for breakfast & we had an early ferry and they left us breakfast boxes which was lovely! Good value for what we got!

You share your pool with the room next door which is lovely privacy when they not in but otherwise the close proximity is a little too awkward! Bathroom was full of ants so never felt comfortable to run the bath unfortunately!

- free shuttle bus to city centre although frequency is only 3 times a day but easy to find gojek - responsive recep (shuttle didn’t appear at scheduled 930pm and I texted on booking app and they replied in a few mins that the shuttle was coming to pick us up) - tasty breakfast and quite a few options from nasi goreng to more western options like toast - clean accoms - friendly staff - not as many insects as I expected (only saw 1 lizard and a few flies)

- pool was quite dirty (green) - room was quite dimly lit even with all the lights on - biggest disappointment I paid more for a room with bathtub but the bathtub drainage was faulty. Told the recep and they claimed that the drainage was ok which was obviously not the case. Water couldn’t drain out - had to ask for hairdryer to be provided

My husband and I enjoyed the semi-private pool. Breakfast was great. We purchased lunch and dinner in the restaurant during our stay, which we also enjoyed. I really like that they have free shuttle services to take us to Ubud town, which is very handy. The room and bed was comfy.

I think they may have missed the battery for the TV remote but it didn't bother us that much.

Everything was great, rooms are a good size and beds are very comfortable with mosquito net to protect you from jungle life. Shower room has a jungle feel to it without it being outside. We had the pool area to ourselves the day we used it as most other rooms have private pools. The food was incredible, breakfast included and we also ate dinner one night which was very cheap but full of flavour!

No reflection on the property but it is a bit of a walk into the centre but the property offers free shuttles at certain times of the day
