Kept very clean...and the staff seems to sincerely care about the clean appearance.

Poor TV channel selection and options...great, if you are a traveler with personal code #/addiional viewing options at your residence. Seniors and many others do not plan to have a very limited selection of channel options when paying at this level for a motel room...did not appreciate such poor TV. They also did not have a "bath chair" available on-site.

It was beautiful snd by everything. Room was clean.

I was given a hard time upon arrival, the receptionist made it like my rooms weren’t paid for n my rooms were paid for days in advance told me would call manager to see why she was having trouble finding my reservation but continue to have me and my small children waiting dnd they were exhausted. She checked in 3 ppl before she called her manager. Finally after 45 mins she said she found it due to her manager telling her that I had booked days in advance

Very clean rooms, all of the staff were very friendly and professional. Exercise room was nice. This is very close to 465 and we couldn’t hear any traffic at all.

Front of the building needs remodeled, which they will be doing in the very near future. Hopefully after the remodel they will open the pool. The bathroom in the room is really small. Hard to close the bathroom door while in there because it was so small

The property was conveniently off the high way and was hidden behind the surrounding businesses, which provided a sense of privacy away from all the hustle and bustle. I personally appreciated this because I traveled with my eight month old puppy, and he’s not used to all of the city noises. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. everyone greeted me. The facilities were extremely clean and the rooms were impeccable!

Handicap accesible room was perfect in both regards to set-up and distance to our parking spot. Very close to check-in and breakfast but without extra traffic from other guests. Met our specific needs. King room with a couch was just right for a family of 3 with a teen.

Stay was during renovations that shut down pool, moved front desk and closed lobby. Meant a reduced breakfast. If we had not been occupied by activities outside the hotel this would have been a major drawback. For us was only a minimal impact.

Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Room design and cleanliness were also very good.

Noise from the freeway was terrible. Efforts were made to reduce it with curtains but were ineffective. Need triple pane windows or something. I recommend not putting guests in freeway facing rooms until all others are full.

I didn’t like that I was charged more when I got there than when I booked the room.

My total on booking.com said $525, but when I checked in, they said they could not see the price for booking.com and charged me $570 plus a $40 incident fee. So my total was $610 instead of $525. I was not happy about the almost $100 increase in price.

The location, the staff is very friendly and kind.

The beds springs you feel them while laying down. It made it hard to sleep.

We enjoyed the nice large room and the desk area for my computer. Having a small kitchen is nice to have as well.

It's right next to the freeway, so there's a constant hum of traffic.
