Drury inns use quality material for their Hotels. The hotel and rooms always look as if they hotel just opened. After traveling all day its nice to have the conveince of afternoon dinner and a drink ready so you can unwind and not have to go out and travel to get a meal. Have a great breakfast ready to go in the morning allows me to focus on the days events. I've never been to a Drury hotel where they've let me down. I wish they were in more markets. I always check to see if there is a Drury in the area I'm traveling. Bob Brennan

Removable shower heads that allow you to shower hard to reach spots. But I understand why you don't have them......its just another thing that get broken by your guest.

Check-in was a breeze & the staff was informative & friendly. Our room was very clean & felt inviting. The bed and pillows was extremely comfortable and I would rate it the best sleep I've had at a hotel! The hot tub felt amazing and the pool was equally as nice. There was always plenty of towels available & that is usually rare at other hotels I've stayed. The breakfast was delicious! With the mini waffles being my favorite! The only negative remark I can make for the 3 nites we stayed was the kickback food wasn't appetizing for me at all. It tasted too processed. I wish more fruit & veggies was offered. Thank you all for the pride you put into making this a great hotel!! We will definitely be back!

We arrived just in time to eat ( taco night) very delicious!! We only had about 10 minutes before cocktails and food was over— the very nice guy that checked us in informed us. We had plenty of time to finish, however. The staff was very friendly!! I especially enjoyed swimming in the pool. My husband and I went under the partition outside swimming and it was so refreshing!! It really helped my joints and it was relaxing to view the night sky - no stars- but we could see our breath and the snow!! So therapeutic for me- I usually only like swimming in warm, warm summer weather but could not resist!!

I felt like the breakfast was area was a zoo! Yes, I realize it’s caused by the amount of traffic that comes through there. I wonder if there could be a more efficient design that would allow people to move through more easily. I think this is where you bring in your brainstorm team. For instance, the morning we were there no one was utilizing the gal that made custom pancakes. Maybe that needs to be put out of the way someplace and not taking up so much space. I recommend Drury Inn often, and I hope that your brainstormer get on this idea.

Breakfasts were good enough. Happy Hour was good enough. Both were a little busy. Pool was pleasant, but was overrun with older teenagers, one evening, that were horsing around. Liked the lime enfused water near the elevators. The pantry had a good selection, but was pricy. The location was good for our plans. The parking for the building was easy to access from the street.

Primarily the only thing that was not great was when the large group of older boys took over the pool and spa area and were getting rambunctious. It was not so bad that I complained because it was only one evening during my stay.

I was in town because my mother was in the hospital. Even though I booked through Booking.com, the staff gave me a discounted "hospital" rate as the hotel is near many hospitals. They were incredibly kind once they knew my situation. The breakfasts were wonderful as well as the dinners! The room was large and cozy. I didn't have housekeeping except for getting fresh towels, but they were prompt and friendly. Even though the hotel was full of families, I never heard any excess noise. Their "Market" next to the business centered offered me options for forgotten toiletries, snacks, drinks, and even frozen meals! They are also super pet friendly and I got to pet a lot of happy dogs :)

The hotel was in a very nice part of town. You could pretty much get anything you needed by staying in the area of the hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Staying here was a very nice experience with no negative surprises.

The hot breakfast buffet food was cold when we ate breakfast. We spent most of our time in downtown Indianapolis so the hotel was a little bit further away than what we would have liked.

The staff was extremely professional and friendly. Great parking! The entire hotel; lobby, hallways and dining areas were constantly being cleaned by a Staff member. The rooms are very spacious! The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are large. The best surprise was the inclusive breakfast, dinner and cocktails. This wasn't just your ordinary hotel "continental breakfast" either. There was a hot station with eggs, sausage, home potatoes, biscuits & gravy, a pastry station with bagels, muffins, toast. Not to mention the cereal bar, build your own parfait and fresh fruit. The coffee stations were wonderful! And ever night there was a different dinner featured. Our first night it was BBQ pulled pork with steamed vegetables, baked potatoes, a salad bar, a nacho bar and each adult received two drinks per dinner (which were delicious and strong). Another evening was fettuccine alfredo with grill chicken and our last evening was my favorite; russet mashed potatoes, Swedish meatballs with gravy. Another bonus was the gym (small but very clean and nice equipment), the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub. It was a very pleasant "getaway" from every day life. AND, the entire Staff was on top of making sure each guest felt VIP. They did a stellar job maintaining a relaxing environment.

I loved it all and will ONLY be staying here during my next trips to Indianapolis and Carmel.

Full breakfast and dinner-soup/salad/meat/hotdogs/nachos-were provided as part of the room rate. Both were self-service. Food was very good. 3 free cocktails with dinner-amazing perk. Free soft drinks during the day. Coffee was very good. Seating for dining was very nice and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful assisting with clean up and check-in/out. Rooms were spacious and clean with very good sound-proofing.

Clean and maintenance kept up well. Breakfast and kickback are very convenient and well maintained. The pool is awesome.

The whirlpool was making a high pitched whine when the jets were on, other than that it's pretty perfect. I do wish there was some low lighting for the rooms and bathroom. If you have to go to the bathroom it's pitch black (that's good) but full lights on are the only option, and it's like going supernova.
