It was very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, too. Staff was really nice and location was great- just down from The Island, across the street from Mel's Diner & Publix.

Parking is tight and difficult to get out unless you take back roads. Was a little more expensive than we'd have liked.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice with a variety of breakfast items, from sausage, biscuits, bacon, eggs, cereals, and many other items. The hotel is close to everything to walk to, if you like to walk. It is close to the Island, Mountain Mile and many shops like Three Bears General store. Publix is right across the street and so is Mel's Diner. They have an indoor pool which was nice and warm and not over chlorinated which is a huge plus. It is also very pet friendly; we took our puppy with us, and they do have designated areas for your dog to do their business and also have poop bags and a place to throw them away. We will definitely stay here again.

Don't get a room on the lowest level traffic noise is horrible and so loud .... Maybe second or third floor wld be better

Great location. Walking distance to the Island took about 15 minutes and on the way you pass some stores. Outside the hotel is a crossing with lights where it´s easy to cross over. Burger King, and many other foodplaces is around the corner. Fast Wi-Fi. So comfortable bed. Clean room. Had everything you need for a hotel like this. Free parking. The man at the front desk was very helpful and nice. Refrigerator and the american breakfast was great.

We don´t have anything bad to stay about this hotel.

Location is great to several restaurants, grocery stores, and convenient stores were right there within a minute walk and shopping areas very close. There is also an Urgent care next door and a nail salon. Rooms were clean and comfortable as well as comfortable beds. Both indoor and outdoor pools were clean. You can walk to the Lumber Jack show and the Island as well as the Pirates Voyage.

The outside pool needs to be upgraded. The pool furniture loungers were broken and the chairs very uncomfortable, they need to be more age friendly. It would also be nice to have umbrellas.

We've stayed at several Baymonts now, and they're consistent and affordable. This location was no different. The rooms weren't cramped, the tv worked, and the indoor/outdoor pool options were really cool since we've never stayed anywhere with an indoor pool.

The internet didn't work at all, but that could've been due to it being a holiday (Independence Day) and the overload on the system. The shower heads are also pretty low. I'm 5'6" and was almost too tall. My 6'4" husband was less than pleased.

I liked the clean rooms, breakfast and the speedy service. I told them about the fridge and commode issues. The maintenance guy almost beat me to the room to fix the issues.

I didn't like the neighbors in the next room with 4 children making noise until about 11 pm. They stopped when someone knocked on the door. I do understand that is beyond your control to a certain extent. Not everyone follows the rules.

The location is amazing. it is close to all of the major attractions, as well as restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. The room was clean and well kept. The beds were so comfortable, and so were the pillows. The breakfast was very good as well. We have already booked our next trip with this motel.

The toilet seat was very low to the floor. It is like a toilet you find in an elementary school.

Location is very close to most everything in Pigeon Forge. Very convenient.

The location is right on a main street. It was loud with big trucks, motorcycles, loud cars, and just the volume of traffic. The noise started early every morning. It wasn’t too bad at night after 11:00pm - midnight. One night we were woken up about 4:30am by the trash trucks emptying the business bins around the hotel location. It was extremely loud with them picking up and then banging the huge bins back down. This lasted half an hour or more. If you want quiet relaxation, rent a cabin.

the stay is always great, me and my wife stay at this location all the time when we come to pigeon forge, location is what we need to jump on 321 to head to our riding destinations.

Like the breakfast but the sausage it no very good, changing it would help, I just eat the eggs and bisquits and gravy
