We LOVE the location and the elevator, so much!! And the room is clean, comfortable, and nice bathroom. The bed are twin queen size *if im not wrong. So its good for 4 people.will definitely comeback here. We are 3 people with 3 big luggage and 2 little luggage. Cant open it all at once because of the space. But its not a problem for us!! The room is little bit different with the photo (the photo showed that the bed is connected but we get the one that is not connected but we like separate bed instead 😂)

Perfect location, the room includes everything that one needs! It is easy to do everything by yourself without being forced to talk to anyone (which suits my shy characteristics perfectly).

Maybe the rooms were a little bit worn out, but that was okay since the value for the money was just so good. Also, the shower is a little bit funny, as it wets the whole bathroom, but I guess it's a Korean-style bathroom.

Staying here is really convenient; it's only a 5-minute walk to the MRT station. There are convenience stores and coffee shops just outside the alley! The bed in the room is very comfortable, and it's very quiet at night, so we sleep well every night, will definitely visit again if we have the chance!

This guest house is the right place with the right price for people who would just like to have a simple place to rest or sleep from a whole day of walking and exploring the wonders of South Korea. Not only that, with this guest house within the vicinity of a well-known university, you get to see lots of stores that offer budget-friendly meals and services.

If you are expecting a hotel type of service, this is not the place for you. The rooms are not big, but it can meet your basic needs ... if you are not the lazy-type of person.

Conveniently near to the Hongik station and a lot of cafes, and places to eat too. Best surprise was Jaehyun’s solo albums stacked for people to take for free and as an NCTzen of course I was elated! I managed to take one, thank you! 💚

Nothing much except for maybe, the bed. Kinda had to get use to it first but that’s just me. My friend however had no problem with it 😅

The location is easily accessible from Hongik University Station which is about 500 m away. We're pleasantly surprised that adapters are provided in the room. Clothes hangers are also provided. The pantry comes with a water dispenser. The owner was responsive with our enquiries before and after our arrival.

Wonder why the password to the door is displayed outside. It could have been given via other mode of communication. There's slight bursting with the tap of the basin.

Owner and staff are very nice. They helped me when my kid was sick. The owner took us to the children clinic and helped us talking to the doctor. The staff, both of them, were helpful and helped us to contact the owner when our kid was sick at night. They also gave some information about where to eat, some cheap local restaurants, some good dining places. We are really appreciated them. We will come back again next time.

Location : need 10 min walk for Hongik Univ station, but there is many shop along the way Room : Same as the pic shown, tidy and u can replace your amenities anytime with the staff.

Jun and his partner were very friendly and helpful...when our apartment water did not work due to the super cold temperatures of minus 10 celsius and below (likely burst pipe), they provided alternative lodging for us and helped us shift

The family apartment itself where there was no water, with 3 bedrooms. 2 of rooms have to walk downstairs a steep flight of steps to basement. Hard to bring down heavy luggage.

Staff were very friendly and let you use the kitchen also free laundry services. The location was excellent for hongdae street. Good value for money. Multiple languages are spoken by the staff including English.
