Perfect location. Very clean. Felt very safe as a solo traveler. All restaurants, cafes and transportation within walking distance. Lots of convenience stores and shops. Property manager helps to meet any requests and accommodations you may need. There are two locations. One for long stays and one for short stays. For longer stays do not expect housekeeping to clean your room. However, there are toiletries and supplies that are left out in the hallway to replenish for your room. And towels can be obtain in the main office building where the hostel property is located. Which around the corner. Hunter is always willing to direct you to where you can empty trash or pick up any necessities. Also, there is free filtered water available disposal. I actually even extended my stay while I was here.

Communication a little challenging at first because of language. However, once I gain a rapport with Hunter the property manager, we were able have a more clear understanding. Nothing that would prevent me from booking again.

The flat was clean and it has a lot of space. The location is amazing. Very safe and so convenient. 5 min walk to the metro station. 10 min to Hongdea and 1 min to a 24h convenient store. Highly recommended. I will come back for sure. Very conveniente price wise.

I liked how convenient the location was: less than 10min from a tube station (Hongdik Univ.), plenty of shops and restaurants around. The room was very spacious with a nice kitchen area. Own bathroom

Due to the bathroom being a wet room, there was some mould. If I'm being very picky, I'll mention no lift in the building (but a few flights of stairs never hurt 😉)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. As we stayed for several nights we took advantage of the free laundry service which was great, done in a few hours! The location was A1 and the room had lots of storage and supplies. The area felt very safe and secure and despite being in the middle of things it wasn’t too noisy. It was very good value for the price we paid ( we had a discount from booking.)

As a suggestion our room would have benefited from a small table and another chair. We were out most of the time but occasionally if we wanted to sit down for something ( we were 2) one had to sit on the bed and the other on the only chair whilst balancing a drink, as no table.

I had a wonderful stay here! It felt like I was just a local. Location was near Hongdae, just a 10min. walk from Hongik Univ. Station Exit 3. The room was clean and spacious. Manager Kim is kind and accommodating. Would definitely book here when I travel to Seoul again.

There are no elevators so it's quite hard to carry your luggages; they do assist you and carry them for you during check-in, though. There was also no adapter available the night I checked-in. However, Manager Kim ordered one and said it'd arrive the next day. But since I needed it immediately, I had to look for one on my own at the convenience stores. Aside from those, everything is great!

The location is the best you can find in Seoul. It was very comfortable to wander around city (the subway station is in 8-9 minutes from the place) and it was very easy to get to the airport from here. Also a great location for shopping — a lot of brand-shops around + if you like vintage clothes, there are so many of them in this area. The room itself was more spacious than we expected! Air conditioner worked perfectly and the staff kindly turned it on before we checked in. Washing machine worked well. Also we really liked that the room had a lot of storage space — we had two big suitcases and managed to hide them in the closet easily.

We had a minor problem with the way hot water is turned on — but the staff helped us within 5 minutes. So it's not even a problem.

The price for the location was good. I booked a private room, the room was clean and comfortable and there was both a microwave and fridge in the room. No problems with water temperature or pressure in the private bathroom as well. Good fast free WiFi included. I did not use the shared kitchen, but it was available on the main floor. Staff were quite responsive on booking.com messages.

Although the location was good, it was still a bit of a walk from the nearest subway station. The pathways can be a bit difficult to navigate if you have multiple heavy bags with you. Stairs can be inconvenient for someone with limited mobility.

It is located not far from hongdae which is where most people like to frequent a lot. Only being no more than a five minute walk away from number 2 subway line so it makes it super easy for travel. And it is tuck away so you don't have to deal with all the noise and busy streets so you can sleep quite peacefully. Room is basically your own apartment for decent value with all the facilities you would need. Staff even put a little halloween decoration in the main building for guests with sweets.

It is listed as soundproof which isn't fully true for the most part your room is your room however you may be able to hear neighbours using their bathroom but not a massive issue.

Super convenient location with a short walk to Hongik univ station. The room had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay incl washing machine and drying rack. The apartment was in a separate building around the corner, and building felt secure with cameras and door codes. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Luggage storage before and after was extremely useful. If there was something to improve, perhaps provide more details upon check-in about rubbish collection and additional supplies.

Room and bedding were clean except for underneath the desk, which was quite stained.
