Good location for our needs, plenty of places nearby to eat also.Staff were very friendly and helpful. Laundry room was a nice suprised as we'd been travelling for over a week being able to wash and dry some clothing was ideal! Breakfast was also great!! Highly recommended!

The pool had alot of dead flying ants in it both times we used it, not really the hotels fault as it's impossible to stop them but maybe leave something out so guests can just sweep them out before use? I would have quite happily done so had there been equipment left at the pool.

Breakfast was phenomenal! Everything was great, especially the made to order omelets!!! The location in the lobby was great and there was plenty of seating. The restaurant was convenient and the food was delicious. The waitress was exceptional! It was nice to have housekeeping every day, without having to call and arrange it.

The only complaint, was that although the rooms were on the same floor, they were on completely opposite sides. Our room was closest to the elevator, which was very convenient for my husband and me.

I love the breakfast buffet, there is a chef every morning to prepare you omelets how've you'd like with many ingredients. A juice bar, and much more. The downstairs restaurant is phenomenal, it's called Mangos, and happy hour is always loved, and 2 drinks free just for booking. And that's per night. Staff is always helpful and professional.

Staff were very helpful and the room was well appointed. The complimentary breakfast options were the best we had while traveling in the USA this time. Good variety and quality of food. The rooms were quiet and clean

It is quite a long way from downtown so a car is essential. We only stayed two nights and had pre-arrangements for dining but there did not seem to be a lot of local options for food other than the hotel

Breakfast was very good, staff was really nice. We enjoyed the happy hour and the bar tender was wonderful, attentive and funny.

The place is dated. Update pictures, carpet, get more life in the rooms. The entire living room did not have a single picture in it. Add small pillows to the couches and beds. You need the comfort piece. Its very sterile. Heat the pool too, please. We came so the kids could use the pool and it was very cold. 85 or higher would be nice.

I received a message that I can check-in online and receive a digital key. I was able to check-in but digital key didn't work. I was told by the front desk that they weren't setup for this option. Also, bathroom door, closet door and bedroom door all need repair as the door doesn't close correctly. It bangs with the door casing. You the to jam the doors shut.

Everyone was so friendly. The facility was beautiful inside and out. The breakfast was elaborate, including omelets, waffles, fruit, cereal, bacon, sausage, etc. Everything was cooked perfectly. There is a restaurant on site, and the food was delicious, and the adult drinks were on par. The bartender was very busy but managed very well. Although he could have been a bit more personable. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable.

The lever on the door was unscrewed most of the way when I arrived. I notified the staff to fix it.

First of all what I like about embassy suites the staff was so amazing I met Dominique and Lord I can't remember the manager name she was training in the front she's been there she just didn't know the front she's Caucasian beautiful and I want to thank you Reginald Myers Sr and Quadeline K Myers thank you for a beautiful stay lord I can't forget the young lady that came to our room for the kira coffee maker I'm sorry I forgot your name too I hadn't did the comment I'm just doing it I apologize but everybody from the beginning to the end was amazing thank you so so much.

There was nothing bad I can think of at all thank you.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We asked about the coffee, and Mike personally walked us over to where it was located. We love good coffee in the morning, Mike. You were right it was delicious! Plus, the breakfast they serve was like going out for a fancy brunch. Our room and bed were super comfortable . We will always make Embassy Suites our home when we are in the Brandon/Tampa area. No one compares to this hotel. Your Awesome!

Everyone was friendly. And an unexpected happy hour drink was nice. And the breakfast potatoes were perfect.

Our bathroom was not cleaned completely prior to our check in. The soap was left from the people before us, along with their trash in the trash can and under the sink wasn't swept. The rest of the room appeared to have been cleaned and ready. Breakfast omelet bar was great but there was a flow problem with the rest of the food apparently. We had breakfast 2 mornings and both mornings the buffet was slim pickings, no waffles but syrup and butter 1 morning, and had to wait for refills both mornings.
