Extremely friendly staff. We received a follow-up text welcoming us even more than when we checked in and opened arms for if we needed anything. Was just there overnight, really, but for the short space of time we were there, the facility and staff did not disappoint. Wasn't a dislike. But A/C was leaking, and the carpet was wet n cold. This is something that wouldn't have been noticed unless barefoot. So, fairly rated at beyond your control. The front desk representative was extremely apologetic.

I encountered an issue with my reservation through booking.com, but the hotel manager quickly addressed it. The other hotel staff were courteous and welcoming. The room was tidy and well-kept, and a mall with several restaurants is conveniently located right next to the hotel.

The breakfast is traditional, lacking a variety of healthy choices. What bothered me the most was that everything was disposable, including cups, plates, and utensils.

The hotel was clean. The room was clean and smelled fresh. It was a joy to walk in every evening and smell that freshness. The bathroom was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was ok. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Will definitely stay there again.

Breakfast could have been better in terms of variety. They could better monitor the quantity of food to replenish quickly instead of have guest wait until it was replenished.

They didn't have the correct lids for the coffee cups. The egg and cheese omelette was terrible. I would have rather had scrambled eggs with cheese or just plain old scrambled eggs with cheese on the side. Instructions above the waffle maker would have been nice as well to know that you needed to turn it over once you put the mix in it to start the cooking.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent. Overall I would definitely book again at this location.

There was a big roach on the ceiling but I was able to knock it down and kill it. I called the front office to see if you all had lysol spray so I can spray it down and she kept me on hold for some mins. But once I knocked it down and killed it was all said and done.

The staff was friendly, greeted you everytime you entered and exited the building. Our room was clean and smelled fresh and the hotel itself was well maintained.

We only stayed one night and think it was overpriced, was a little noisy at night but I think that was a party somewhere else, the room doors close really loud but did make me feel safe once closed.

I love that this hotel is close to literally EVERYTHING!! My husband and I didn’t have to drive more than 10 minutes to anything and that was awesome. This is a great hotel for couples but also families because there is something for everyone in the area. I loved how the staff was helpful and nice. Whenever my husband and I needed something there was no hesitation in getting it. The pool was nice and the breakfast was really good as well.

Just minor improvements that can done. 1) The breakfast in the morning was good except for the eggs. It was the egg omelette on Sept 20th that was being served for breakfast that was very burnt and dry. It did not look good at all. I would just say keep to check on the eggs so that they don’t burn as they are sitting in the food warmer. 2) Also I noticed they don t make coffee in the evening . I tried to have coffee in the evening around 7 or 8 and it’s coffee that has been sitting there all day and it’s cold. Just be mindful that there might be guest that would like coffee in the evening.

Booking.com - They make a reservation for a room for a person with disabilities. Let you know , me or my wife aren't disabled. If is not for the lady in the front desk , we will be canceling the room and find a new place to relax. The front desk was remarkable. Never again with Booking.com , terrible !!!

It was a very pleasant stay. Arrived on Sunday and left on Monday. We had the pool to ourselves Sunday afternoon and evening. The breakfast was very good as well.

I was glad we brought our own beach towels. The towels they gave us for the pool were regular hotel towels and small.
