This property was outstanding. Amazing views of the old town and sea, all within walking distance. Location was neighbourly and safe, there’s a small supermarket and bakery just five minutes up the stairs, and within ten minutes you can be within the heart of the old town. Marko our host was so welcoming, his suggestion on taxi-drop off to avoid the walk-up from Pile Gate with suitcases in the heat was very helpful! Kitchen was well-equipped so we could make breakfast and lunches at home. We travelled as a couple and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

We spent 2 days in Apartments Cava Dubrovnik. The apartment was super clean, well equipped with amenities, with drinks and food in the fridge. The view from the bedroom window was amazing, looking directly at the sea and the fortress! The apartment has a perfect location as it's near Dubrovnik Old Town and close to the taxi station that can take you anywhere. The host was always available for any questions and would respond in a matter of minutes and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Be prepared to walk up and down a lot of stairs in Dubrovnik! But it's worth it! :)

This property was the highlight of our trip. The apartment was spotless and had the most beautiful view of the old city from the bedroom window. There is a lovely terrace at the entrance of the apartment where we could enjoy the complimentary bottle of wine that we received while enjoying a good book. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and provided great information about Dubrovnik. They were also able to arrange for a parking space for us very near the apartment. We could not recommend this property more highly - grab it if you can get it!

Though it was not a problem for us (and it affords the spectacular view), be aware that there are quite a lot of steps to get from the old city to the apartment.

The apartment was excellent; clean, comfortable and well equipped, with great views of the old town. Breakfast provisions were a nice touch. The location was very good for visiting town and there was a bakery and food shop just up the road. Marko, our host, was great, very attentive and always available with advice, responding very quickly. We booked a sunset tour with him which we recommend. So glad we booked this apartment. We would come again tomorrow if we could. 😊

The apartment was equipped with everything you needed, especially the beds were comfortable and the bedding was very clean. The location is ideal. It's close to the main road, so it's easy to move luggage and you can easily walk to the Pile gate. The host Marco took care of everything to the extent that he couldn't do it any more. I Strongly recommend this accommodation.

The location is superb! Steps away from the old town and lots of stores (convenient store, bakery, cafe and etc.) nearby. The unit has probably the best view in Dubrovnik and the design is super cool! It has everything you need - kitchen, laundry machine. It’d be great for long term stay as well. We enjoyed the stay and Marko’s hospitality so much! Marko is very helpful and always responsive. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful apartment, modern equipment with touch of old architecture. Coffee machine, fridge etc - everything in the apartment, all in perfect conditions. The apartment is a great fit for 2 adults, we came with our 10 years old daughter, still fit well but the room became a bit "crowded" with the extra bed installed. View of the window is amazing. Highlight of our stay was the host - Marko is great person, always ready to support you or help when needed. Super friendly, very knowledgeable - I highly recommend his guided tours. Extra remark - 147 stairs lead to the apartment from the old city, so if you will walk them few times a day as we did, make sure to be physically fit :)

Dubrovnik is really expensive place to stay, so don´t get surprised. we knew it before and were expecting it

The location is excellent. Only a few minutes walk to get into the town. A bakery and supermarket were write around the corner . The view was excellent. Every morning we sat at the windows having breakfast and enjoyed the view. At night we also would sit by the window to enjoy the view before going to bed . The apartment is very spacious . We loved that it had a washer . We spent our last days of the trip here so we’re able to wash all of our clothes and had clean clothes for the remaining of our stay.

There was nothing that we could say that we did not like. Our host Marko went above and beyond by arranging with the neighbors to allow us to park our rental car in their garage. He also provided us with information on where to go and how to get to the 2 day trips we took to Mostar and Montenegro.

We absolutely loved the apartment, which was beautifully designed and had amazing views from the bedroom window! Marko was a brilliant host, he organised for us to park in a secure garage for the 3 nights we were there at a competitive price. We enjoyed the espresso machine and the little touches including cookies, local wine, three types of grappa which we didn't get around to trying(!) but it was clear a lot of thought has gone into making this an excellent place to stay. The courtyard area outside was a lovely place to relax after a day exploring. Location was great, with steps leading straight down to the Old Town.

No complaints, we had a few mosquitos in the apartment but not sure much can be done about that!

Absolutely loved this beautiful apartment. It was our favourite by far and the photos don’t do it justice. Fabulous location with amazing views. Host was great arranged out transfers for a good price, and offered lots of advice on restaurants, tours and anything else you wanted to know. Air con was fantastic. Beds were comfy and had a big bathroom. Highly recommend booking this stunning property.
