Fantastic central location. Just outside the city walls walking distance to old town. Lovely clean room. Loads of information in the room re things to do.

This accommodation is located on second floor with no lift. It's isn't suitable if you have any difficulties walking stairs/ steps.

The room was spacious and the air conditioning was on when we arrived which was lovely after a long morning of travelling. It was in a great location with easy access to all the main sightseeing areas. Overall it was lovely- fridge was great, bed was comfy and the view off the terrace was beautiful.

The wardrobe in the room was massive which made it hard to get around the bed and there was no holder on the wall for one of the shower attachments which made it hard to use. We also didn’t receive any ‘upon arrival’ instructions so I ended up having to call the provider to ask how we could access the room.

Decent location very near the Pile Gate of Dubrovnik. It is a bit of walk with luggage, including stairs both outside the building and inside (there's no lift). The wifi is good, the hot water and A/C are both good. The size of the bed and comfort level were good. The ease of getting the key and using it was nice. Overall, for Dubrovnik nearing high season, the value was decent. Good products in the shower (soap, shampoo). The communication was very good with the property manager. I was able to take the local bus from the bus station down toward Pile Gate and then just walk, and the manager confirmed that the bus stop to get to the airport would be better to go by foot rather than an expensive cab (it's about a 10-11 minute walk, with luggage and some of it has a slope). Overall, the communication was quite good.

Wish there was a coffee machine in the room with instant coffee, and enough space to put my bags somewhere. Essentially the bed takes up the whole room. There is an armoire where you can hang items and put your luggage, but it is a bit cramped.

Good location. In less than 10 minutes, you can find yourself in the old town of Dubrovnik. Clean and has a nice view. You may have to stick your head out a bit to see the old city, but you should be able to see the old city from your room, if you book the room with the view.

Nothing major, maybe a few minor problems that had little to no impact on my stay at this property. I communicated some problems I found with the room to the host and they mentioned that they will have someone resolve them. Some things can be better thought through/improved on. The bathroom is rather compact, so be careful not to make swift movements otherwise you may hit something unintentionally, so keep that in mind.

These are lovely well decorated rooms, very clean and well maintained, conveniently located near Pile gate, my room had a fantastic view of the city walls. The owner manager was very helpful on the phone. The rooms were cleaned immaculately every day. I never saw any staff. Keys were picked up via lock box.

The property is not accessible by road and has a steep cobbled streets to access as well as two flights of stairs to climb up. This was not clear when I booked the property, I am fit and able but had difficulty with my main luggage, which was difficult to get up the cobblestones and stairs.

The location is great. Near to the main attraction. The view from the main hall window is really great you can see the old town. You need to climb lots of stairs. When you see the building you need to climb to the third floor because that is where the hotel is. I got pretty confused when i got there coz i knock on the ground floor door and i think it is privately owned. The place was super clean and the are very accommodating. They let you check in when the room is ready and that was around 11am with no extra cost. I would definitely recommend this as it is very accessible to all main attractions.

Just the shower. They don’t have enough hot water, i was in the middle of my shower when all of a sudden hot water was gone and i have no choice but to finish with a freezing cold water.

The apartments are easily accessible to the city centre of Dubrovnik. Literally, <5 mins from the walls of Dubrovnik and has easy access to meeting points for tours (Pile Gate). I recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The shower enclosure is too wide therefore after every shower the floors and toilet are wet. It was a bit difficult to find the apartment the first time as Google maps didn't give proper directions and I walked up many stairs for no reason.

The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Nice to have a view of the sea and the old town. Our driver arranged through our host was really helpful, showing us to the room and getting us settled.

Very minor issue but there are a lot of steps from the nearest drop off point to the room. Not a problem for us, but less mobile people might struggle.

Seven Stars accommodations were excellent. Tony was extremely helpful driving us to various restaurant and other locations. Room was spotless and very nice. Location very close to old city entrance. Very good communications and very responsive if you need to contact them. Very good stay. Its near Hilton which is easy as a base for any taxi or transportation. Like all of Dubrovnik, there are stairs to the hotel but these are not insurmountable by any means. There is a little alleyway that is a convenient shortcut to the old city gate and some restaurants.

Comfortable bed, room and bathroom facilities were clean, privacy was great, security of room excellent and the great thing was that when I left and was carrying my suitcases along the corridor the cleaner can to me and carried my luggage downstairs from second floor all the way down to the street along a flight of outside stone steps. I thought this was particularly kind and most welcomed.

Freshness and cleanliness of the room and close proximity to the entrance to old town of Dubrovnik, barely a ten minute walk
