Good housekeeping and I really treasure this very much! Very neat and tidy everyday when we returned to our room, and please keep up with this good work. The laundry is a bonus for long stay. Some people may not like the location(it may not be great to walk to the nearest transport/eatery in rainy days), but the tranqulity is what I look for in such a busy city and surely you will have some good rest there. Room is spacious, and you could have some space for luggage and walk around in the room. It is near to Telford shopping plaza, and Kwun Tong area where shopping could be handy, and you may find some interesting shops in industrial area.

Please be careful about the booking as it is non-refundable, and you need to bare any risk in case you made any mistakes. And make sure you have the adaptors and other basic travel necesscities as you could only get from the vending machine but not borrowed from the reception. It needs a bit more instruction and baskets in the laundry room, or else will be nice to install a phone there to save my time travelling back and forth to the reception. Remember to get your own laundry liquid to save some money. And if it is your first visit to Hong Kong and you are not familiar with transport, this place could be a bit tricky for you. Yet buses could be handy if you want to reach Jordan/TsimshaTsui, and MTR (not the KaiTak one, but Kowloon Bay Station) could help you get to places on time.

The front desk and the cleaning staff are outstanding. Genuinely friendly and very helpful at the front desk. I have never stayed anywhere where the cleaning staff is more conscientious. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and well-designed. The internet is fast and reliable,

The location isn't great. It's a long, uninteresting walk to Kai Tak MTR station with next to no services along the route alternatives. Kowloon Bay MTR station is a minute or two closer but not as convenient a line. The 13X bus stops about there blocks away from the hotel. It provides a welcome link to Jordan from where it's easy to access the MTR to get onto Hong Kong Island.

Booked a family room which was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Location was good. Hotel nicely done up for what used to be a factory….not what you expect as doesn’t look like hotel from the road.

Reception was very slow for check in. There were about 10 people in queue and 1 person at check in. I was second in line and waited about 15 mins to be seen. No English TV channels. Hotels are generally for tourists therefore should cater accordingly with international channels. No parking offered only monthly parking however it is a hotel not a serviced apartment so most guests would stay 1 or a few nights only. Had to park at mall nearby which was expensive to park at overnight.

Clean and for Hong Kong, spacious rooms, cordial staff and a nice restaurant that I did not end up going to, but seemed to have tasty things on the menu.

The location is a bit off and it takes good 10 minutes walk to the MTR, which in the blazing sun (as there is literally no shade anywhere) is sometimes a task.

Very good condition and clean room. Convenient location for Kowloon Bay and a 10-15 minute walk to two MTR stations. It was excellent value for money.

Cafe wasn't open as often as I may have liked, but there were alternatives nearby so this wasn't much of an issue.

The bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. I appreciated the effort made to accommodate my gluten intolerance for breakfast.

The bedroom was very small. A cooked breakfast on a plate should be offered to all guests. I got it, but others were given a box. It is a proper restaurant, so I don't think the box idea is justified.

cool hotel converted from an old flask factory in Kowloon. Not super for Western restaurant choice nearby but there is a large mall where you can get most stuff. Converted in circa 2017, the restaurant feels modern and the rooms are well apportioned. The flask factory has relocated to Mainland China but there is still a kiosk where you can buy the old flasks - they are quite cool too.

Absolutely nothing to complain about to be honest. Rooms were modern and up together.

Breakfast for vegeteranian people should be provided. Breakfast should be buffet, rather than fixed boxes.

The staff at the restaurant, expecially the man who was taking and serving orders should be better. He was very cold and straight to the face.

Location is ok, even doesn’t close to MTR station. Take bus to Tsim Sha Tsui East is faster than by MTR

Laundry machine is not clean enough.

It was absolutely silent. Nothing disturbed us. The room had awesome black-out curtains. The staff bent over backward to help us.

The attached restaurant didn't have Chinese food, and we can eat Western food anytime. The food was delicious, though!
