Room was well-sized, and had enough space for comfortable management of baggage and other items. Enough surface area on the desk for work and documents. Little area at the window was also great to sit on, to read in natural sunlight and to work on occasionally. Very much loved Nina Communal, a great facility where you could work quietly as well. There was food provided for a large part of the day there, so you would not go hungry, and coffee was great. Staff was lovely. A special shoutout to Endless Wong, who made very delicious drinks and coffee at Nina Communal.

Not much to dislike. Room lighting at night was a little inadequate, but comfortable nonetheless. Not much food around after dark, but there were many convenience stores which provided necessities.

We used the hotel as a main hub for the wedding preparation. Therefore my family eventually booked more rooms in that hotel and they managed to almost put us together upon. The room is big and spacious. I've asked for a connected rooms and they are able to deliver. Also ask for a cot for the baby and they also able to deliver as well. The team members especially housekeeper has been nothing but amazing.

Not that I spotted any. The room is definitely designed for short stay (1 to 2 days). It was hard to organize 2 weeks worth of clothes including the babies into one wardrobe with barely any draws in it. But we made do in the end.

Hotel room size is very good, lots of space and very clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our bags with the concierge after check-out. When picking them up the staff even helped us get a taxi for the airport.

Hotel room was connected with another (one of those family rooms where they have a door between them), they're not very sound proof so if you have a noisy neighbour you may want to change rooms. Housekeeping kept throwing away our toothbrushes and giving us new ones, felt wasteful to throw away after each use. Sometimes forgot to refill toilet paper stock, had to ask for more.

The room is spacious, quiet, clean, strong wifi signal, strong water pressure, and most of all they provide clean beddings and towels (no stain, smell fresh). They also provide daily complimentary drinks. The bed was very comfortable and truly served its purpose after a tiring day of sightseeing. The housekeeping staff and valet staff was excellent and attentive.

They could consider installing water bidet in the toilets and have more friendly/attentive front desk staff. When we arrived at the frontdesk, the staff was just chatting amongst themselves and didnt welcome us. On our way to the property, we struggled a bit with our luggage as we had to go up and down the tunnels but it was very close to bus stops and MTR.

Room is real big and spacious if compared to other hotels in HK for the same price. Close to all kind of transportation, MTR subway, bus and airport bus, taxi outside the hotel exit and even catch a Uber. Staffs are very nice. The concierge guys are very helpful, the guy called "Yick" helped me a lot, many thanks. There is a 7-11 store across the hotel and more shops for goceries and restuarants are on the other side of the MTR subway, walking 5 mins.

Seems a bit under staff

Spacious and biggest room I have lived in HK hotel for this price range. Everything is good for me, train station, 7-11, eatery are all closed. It is value for money.

For me there is no problem because I am a local. However, if you a tourist, you must know that it is located in an industrial area. The food or eatery around there are for the local and may not be convenient for English speaking traveller. You may have to take the MTR train to city instead.

We loved staying at this hotel. The reception staff were super helpful and friendly, the concierge was always happy and available and Janet in the restaurant was amazing, such a lovely kind lady who couldnt do enough for us. The bedroom had everything we needed and more, very well decorated and clean. The pool was perfect and all facilities of a high standard. We only ate breakfast there but every day it was fresh and with a decent variety.

The room was spacious and it was clean when I checked in. F. O agent was efficiency and it only took within 5 minutes to proceed the check in process.

The room wasn't well-dusted and clean properly Some amenities even didn't refill. Used towels and rubbish were left in the bathroom.

I liked pretty much everything. Wonderful hotel. Staff have limited English but make up for it with their warm customer service. Really exceptional service.

The bed was too hard for me, but this is a personal preference. Others will enjoy it. Location is away from things to do, but with the MTR station so close , it's ~30mins to everywhere we wanted to go
