I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. It truly felt complete—everything you could possibly need was right there. The facilities were spotless, and the housekeeping team ensured the room was cleaned every single day. I genuinely don’t understand the negative comments some people have left, as my experience was nothing short of perfect. What really stood out to me was how the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Everyone was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful—qualities that seem to reflect not just the hotel’s staff but the general warmth of Vietnamese people. A special shoutout to Yen, a young lady who was especially attentive and kind. This was my first time visiting Vietnam, and I’m already planning my return. The people, the culture, and this hotel have all left an excellent first impression on me. If I find myself back in the area, I will undoubtedly stay here again. Highly recommended!

The room was very clean, and it is cleaned every day. Staff was willing to help, the manager even went with me to a nearby farmacy to help with translation. Good location, 3 minutes walk to the beach.

Housekeeping was waking us up every morning around 8-9 for cleaning, and hotel doesn't have do not disturb sign. We were there for New Year's Eve, and on the 1st of January at 7am in the morning they started renovation of the room across ours. A lot of noise in the hallways from the staff and housekeeping. English could be improved.

The best part of trip was to spend stolen money, that I took from my wife and kids. I left them alone abroad without money and place to live, but I just don't care and living my best life spending my wife's money. So will be glad to come here again and again. Best place for criminals! Please, keep your doors open for me - I still have a lot to spend!!!

Nice location to beach and a lot of restaurants. Staff always available and great service. Water a little slow to heat up but excellent room condition. I will stay again.

Spacious and comfortable room with minibar. Brekfast was ok, but coud be better. Good view from room, but better from roof! Sea 2 mins walk, restaurants, shops nearby. We could leave bags at hotel after checkout until leaving city.

Staff forgot to provide shower gel, only shampoo and body lotion was prepared. Breakfast should be improved eg with more cold cut and cheese. No knife provided in restaurant.

The location was great. Spacious room, generous bathroom.

Tiny bar of soap, supplied toiletries very light on and ran out of toilet paper quickly. Reception staff were nice though unable to assist with bookings and such due to language barrier...ended up going further down the street to a travel agent who was most helpful with booking a tour for Ba Na Hills.

The breakfast had a wide variety of western and Asian dishes . It was 1 block to the beach and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable .

Personal opinion. It was too busy . The beach was amazing. It’s perfect for someone who wants to be close to the nightlife and lights .

After taking a shower all bathroom area was being in water, no proper water drainage.

This property is very clean and sea facing rooms have excellent view. The sea is a short walk from the hotel and many restaurants are close to this property. Great value for money.
