The staff were very friendly and efficient, because we were staying a few weeks they upgraded us to a bigger room, no extra charge to make our stay more comfortable. It was so nice to see smiling faces all the time, nothing too much trouble for any of the staff, ever so helpful. Bed was very comfortable,, room cleaned and clean towels every day. there was a wide choice of food for breakfast, something for everyone . Location was good, plenty of eating and coffee places just outside. I would recommend this hotel highly, a great place for a holiday, you would have to go a long way to find better. There wasn't anything to dislike

The room was spacious, clean, filled with amenities. Scenic view of the mountains and ocean from our room. We stayed on the eighth floor. Very friendly staff. We had our laundry done there. Location was good with so many cafes, restaurants and spa on the same street. This is tge quieter side of DaNanh City and a lovely place to stay. It was very good value for money.

The breakfast and smoking inside the corridor. The breakfast items were not labelled, some hot items were always cold. After we provided feedback on our third day the staff quickly improved it. It was great of them to do so. However, they should have had it always. They had a bin outside our room where people were smoking and leaving their butt. We were getting the smell regularly. Once we complained about it they put a no smoking sticker on the bin.

The staff are so attentive and friendly, they can help you with anything you need. The breakfast service is very good, they offer different options like noodles, meat, eggs, vegetables, fruits, and bread. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, except for some ants. The hotel is so close to the beach, you only need to walk around 300 meters, but if you prefer the city center, it's not nearby to walk, maybe you can rent a motorbike at the hotel (they have motorbikes for rent) or if you want something cheaper, you can walk around the neighborhood and find some rental places (like I did), the hotel has no problems if you park the motorbike there. If you want to eat something during the day or at night, there are many good and affordable restaurants on the same street as the hotel.

I can only mention one problem: I was on the sixth floor, and my room had ants. It wasn’t a big deal for me, but maybe for others it could be. Other than that, this hotel is an excellent option to keep in mind.

The property was located in the tourist hub of Danang. All the facilities required by a tourist were available nearby. There was a Halal food restaurant nearby. There were also many small and large marts near the property. There was a mini fridge and tea coffee facility in the room which was very useful. The room had two single beds as requested by us. The have a policy to allow early check-in or late checkout which comes extremely handy if you reach early after a long flight and looking to take some rest. Their breakfast had a lot of variety but most of the items were of Vietnamese menu. But it had something for every one. The kitchen staff was very helpful and the happily tried to help the guests with their special requirements. If I come to Danang again I would love to to stay here again.

I only have good memories of the place and cannot recall any thing that I did not like. The staff was quite polite and helpful so nothing negative comes to my mind. The only small point I can say is that the reception staff spoke weak English but this never bothered us.

Big room nice view, many restaurants very close, close to beach. good hot water.

Not so clean, only bathroom bin, should have one in the room also, no curtain in the bathtub, and no plug so what is the use for bathtub ?, and no table lamp, so at night the minimum lights you will have is 6 so it's very bright.no felt on the chairs legs, so when people move the chairs late at nigth it makes a lot of noise. still a good place for a few nights. I discovered an old half eaten sandwich in the closet definitely needs better cleaning. see photo.

The staff were incredibly helpful, particularly Manager Hoàng Dung, who assisted me with following up on my booking tours and even contacted Viettel customer service when I had issues with the eSIM I purchased at the airport. The room was clean, although the building itself is a bit dated. The breakfast was decent, and considering the price, it was more than sufficient. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as it's quite affordable.

This was my first time staying at this hotel based on reviews, and it was great! All the staff at the hotel are very friendly and friendly! I came here on a family trip and the whole family said they liked it haha. The breakfast had more variety than other hotels and the service was great! This is an accommodation I want to come back to again when I travel to Vietnam next time. I had a good stay

Wow, what an incredible experience at this hotel in Vietnam! They truly went above and beyond to make our family vacation unforgettable. But what really impressed us was the hotel's willingness to accommodate our dietary needs and preferences. They customized meals for us with such care and attention to detail, making sure everyone had something delicious to enjoy. The staff were warm, welcoming, and so friendly - they made us feel like part of the family.

Our experience there was more than perfect! We stayed 4 nights. The bed was very comfortable and there was no noise, se we slept really well. The service was also amazing and very quick. The breakfast: soooo many options and soooo good. They also arrange a shuttle to take you to the airport. Also, some staff members give you daily recommendations of places to eat, visit, etc which is very helpful. Staff is extremely friendly.

I loved the friendly staff, and the location. It's close to a lot of things and it's a perfect place.. The room was nice too. It was clean and I didn't had much problems.

I wish there were more outlets in the room. And I also wished that my room had windows. Other than that, I think it was a great stay.
