A pretty hotel with a rooftop pool and a breakfast restaurant on the 8th floor. There is an elevator, good wifi, minibar, good water pressure and attentive staff.The decor gives off a retro vibe, it is in a nice area with shops and restaurants. Contrary to some of the poor reviews that I read, I was relieved to not experience anything described therein. Good value. Well run.

Location: Very close to the northern part of Da Nang beach. It's less crowded here but we liked it that way. Staff: Extremely helpful, spoke great English, excellent service. Facilities: Small but very nice infinity-pool at the rooftop. Be there early, or there will be no more sunbeds (only 4). Bed was very comfortable and clean. Bathrooms are 'open-concept', clean, and with good water pressure and heat. Breakfast provided was a mix of local and international spread, tasty and good.

Flooring in our room was a little bit dusty. Balcony is tiny and faced the buildings, not too useful.

The location is very good which beside the sea, it only takes you few minute to go there. The facilities of the hotel is fully equipped, swimming pool, breakfast, bar, bath tub, balcony etc. Our room is spacious and the bed is soft and big. And the most important that the staffs are all very kind and service is very great!

However, I don‘t like the smell in our room, it‘s kind of chemical cleaner or something like disinfectant, it’s kind of strong to make me feel uncomfortable during my stay.

This hotel is located in the very good location: few walk to the beach and restaurants. The room and the lobby have nice design. Breakfast was quite good overall and constantly refilled. Vietnamese coffee was authentic and great. Kieu and others are polite and friendly. Infinity pool with great view to the ocean and city.

There is no proper seat for room service and make up so it would not suitable for long stay guests. And there was no door between the bathtub and the bedroom so you can easily split the water outside. Some dishes of the breakfast it was quite sweet compare to my taste. The pool was hot during the day as very hot days.

Didn’t like that we stayed for only 3 days! Should have extended our stay.

I have to give a special mention to Hiếu the chief, he made my stay extra special with a happy greeting and delicious buffet breakfast. I will stay again because of him. Also the receptionist Helen was very helpful and happy. Truly great people and the concierge made me feel like VIP. I recommend getting their best room if it is available, you will feel like a king and queen and the view is amazing. Room 701. Even their king sweet was extremely nice. Great value. Also try the salt coffee in the lobby, it is delicious. The rooftop pool was very nice with comfortable chairs, Thank you again Hiếu, you always put a smile on my face to start my day.

Hotel Del Luna has that old world charm that blends well with modern amenities. It is spotlessly clean, and the cleanliness includes every nook and cranny. The bedrooms are immaculate and the furnishing is pleasing to the eye. The bed extremely comfortable. Big screen television that gives you the choice of Netflix as well as you tube. Lovely swimming pool and a nice place to relax at night THE STAFF : the staff member FANGRONG - needs special mention. I called reception in the middle of the night to assist in getting medical treatment for my husband. In no time she arranged for an ambulance. She kept in touch with me for the 2 days he was hospitalised She took care of our room - organised the cleaning and keeping our valuables safe. Breakfast is well organised and caters for every palate This hotel is a block away from the beach. I subsequently moved to a supposedly beach front hotel. This is a story for another day.

We loved the huge execute suite with paranomic view that we stayed in. It's just as in pictures and extremely spacious for the 3 of us. Lovely tub facing the sea and comfy bed w a view! Hotel breakfast had a good selection and tastes great! Very friendly and accommodating service staff! Distance-wise, it's just 2 blocks from the beach which is great! And about 10min drive to the other side of town! Will definitely be back again!

The distance from town isn't quite possible for us to walk, considering the fact that we went w a 5yo child. But otherwise, its great!

Comfortable room, spacious and has great access to infinity pool. Great room set up with the hair dryer and plug point next to a mirror. Friendly staff and helpful with any needs. Their coconut coffee was fantastic and was served pool side! There is a laundry service available but we did not require to use it.

We booked a junior suite which was accompanied with a bath and shower room; unfortunately to gain full benefits of the bath you are required to pay additional for bubble bath/products. The bathroom has warm lighting but could be improved with brighter lighting for getting ready.

Hotel has a cute theme, and is in a good location. It's about 10 minutes walking to the beachfront, but with a reasonable price. Plenty of mini marts and restaurant + shopping options around. We stayed in a family room which was a bit tight for 4 adults but OK in the end. Some upkeep needed in the rooms as they are showing some wear, but overall rooms were cozy and clean. Beds had good sheets and were comfortable. Breakfast was small but had a good variety and a fantastic view. Staff were helpful and kind. Great intersection of value and comfort!

The shower floor can get slippery when wet, perhaps some grip mats or tape should be added.
