Very good central location in the town center, scenic next to the river with a very decent restaurant downstairs. Lovely friendly staff. Free parking at the back and free Wifi. Would suggest to the hotel adding a mini bar in the room at extra cost, we would have happily used it.

I have stayed in this hotel now 3-4 times and my bed has always been comfy until this last time (Room 211). The mattress was so hard I had neck and shoulder pain each morning when I woke up. We asked to change the room or mattress but were told none of the options were available. Thank god we only stayed 3 nights. My sister stayed in another room and her matters were ok.

Stylish (old-fashioned hotel style) beautiful interier. Spacious. Lot of pancakes for breakfast (but surprisingly no potato pancakes which are common in Latvia), good fried bacon. Staff was warm and quick. Easy parking. Good free wifi. Light was good enough to read (non-lighted device and paper) in bed. Water pressure was good.

This time I wasn't satisfied with drinks at breakfast. Espresso wasn't espresso but some kind of dark water. Orange juice was water too. For such cute hotel my drink expectations are much higher. If not fresh pressed oranges, at least some good and tasty orange juice would be normal. Just add couple of euros to price and offer drinks which are stylish as hotel itself.

Was very pleased. Staff was always there and happy to help. Everything is available. Beautiful view of the river and park, close to all you could need, very comfortable and clean beds. Beautiful tall ceiling all through the Hotel. Dark curtains and quiet room for best sleep. Luxury feeling. Definitely recommend staying!

The shower could have been a bit bigger because I couldn't bend down in it. Had to open the door to turn or bend (I'm a UK size 8/10, so not big at all). TV channel kept glitching because of the bad signal. That's all. Everything else was great, and 100% recommend to stay!

Opportunity to have a great breakfast in bed with fresh coffee (it was available on the first day but not on the second). Clean spacious room, gorgeous furniture. Luggage room. Buffet-style breakfast was above average. You can take leftovers up to your room. The price is justified. The location is ok, it's right near a wide, loud road that is hard to cross, which is annoying, but the palace is a five minute walk, which is nice.

The shower was a bit moldy, and the water pressure was not ideal. Also, we were out of the shower gel from the start, but we didn't care enough to ask for a refil, so we showered with a shampoo for three days.

The location was perfect for our needs. The staff was very friendly and polite. The room itself was beautiful, spacious, airy, and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room had blackout curtains because the sun was very bright. It also helped to keep some of the outside noise down.The breakfast was included - the choices were limited but were enough to suit our diets and preferences, and it was always plentiful and delicious.

The hotel is in very close proximity to the main road to Riga and this road is very busy and noisy even at night, especially with some drivers with attention seeking behaviour in the cars without silencers, and even though the double glazed windows and the blackout curtains kept some of the noise away - it was impossible to sleep without the earplugs during the night.

Our room was very nice with a view towards the river, very nice! Parking was easy behind the building. Breakfast was good, even pretty crowded. Hotel didn't seem to have that many customers. We could relax and refill our batteries for the next day here perfectly. The city was very nice, although some areas were closed of for someone important coming to visit that day.

The weather was bad. ;-) It was a bit overcrowed for breakfast and it took some time to find place with our baby. There was only one server that did what she could, but it was really a lot to take care of.

Perfect location, close proximity to anything you need. We stayed here for 4 nights and rooms was spacious and very comfortable. Staff very polite and answered any questions we may had. There is bar/restaurant downstairs as well with great selection of food and drink, food was very good. Also has free parking if you are renting a car or driving down there.

My only suggestion to the hotel is to please consider purchasing better quality toilet paper.. it was not to the 4 star hotel standard. Also all guest have different opinion on pillows, for me they were a little too soft but my partner loved his, so that's a personal preference I guess.

Comfortable and clean room. Great location in center of Jelgava. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking at hotel. large TV. Coffe, tea and minibar in room. Quiet, great for business travel. Large selection at breakfast. Invoice already printed out and handed to me as I descended to the reception desk. Everything was smooth and professional.

Minibar selection could be increased to more beers instead of just one. Vodka and Whisky provided in small bottles, please add Rhum and Gin. More international TV News channels in English would be great.

Location is great! Staff including the cleaning ladies were all very friendly and professional! I have travelled the world and stayed in 5 star hotels. I can say with full confidence that the chef's here are some of the best! We didn't eat anywhere else because we knew the food would be good at the hotel!! Will definitely come back and visit again!!

The only thing I would say, is to let the customer know when checking in you have laundry service. Would have made our life a little easier 😂!

The young lady with braces at the front desk was very lovely and professional. The hotel was exceptionally clean and quiet. The room was perfectly sized for my family, though the temperature was quite warm. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and would recommend it to others.

Controllable air. It was quite stuffy.
