The hotel offers easy access to the train station and is surrounded by excellent restaurants. The service management is outstanding, and I would like to extend a special thanks to Inma, the manager, for her exceptional hospitality and her swift, effective resolution of the issues we encountered during our stay.

The heaters in the rooms didn’t provide sufficient warmth, and it was quite cold during our stay. Additionally, at breakfast, items were not replaced when they ran out. When we inquired, we were told that replacements would not be made, and this issue occurred every day, not just on the first day.

The location was extremely convenient for us to attend the Expo Centre across the road, the room was nicely fitted out and clean, and the breakfast options were delicious!

To make the hotel absolutely Perfect.... it would have been great if you had a gym, the shower pressure was a bit weak, an iron and board in each room so as not to have to go and collect one would be appreciated, the coffee and sugar in my room were not replenished after the first night so I had to go down to reception to ask for some more, (also it would be nice to have some long life / UHT milk sachets for us Rosbifs...). But these are all just very minor details really.

Nice breakfast and it was free for children. Good location with a short drive to the Eiffel Tower and just meters away from the metro. The suite was comfortable. Nice linen, and good quality beds.

The lady who attended us was a bit rude. We understand that there is no guarantee of a fast check-in, however, pretending to charge €50 for checking in at 11.30 am and being informed of the long trip with children, seemed to me to be a disrespectful way of dealing with us who rented the suite for 6 nights at a cost close to two thousand euros. If it weren't for this detail I would have given the highest rating.

- The air conditioning didn't work on your last staying day - There are many pickpockets everywhere in Paris, watch out your wallet and belongings every time

Everything was good nice room and would stay again.

I had an unfortunate incident in the elevator. As the doors were closing I went to hold them back for my partner. To my surprise my hand being placed between the doors didn't stop them from closing. In my home country elevator doors are designed to stop with little pressure. To make a long story short both doors made contact with my left hand. At that time I pulled my hand out making contact with a sharp object that sliced open a generous portion of my skin. I had like an open flap that I bandaged shut. It was pretty messy. I'm sure your cleaning crew noticed the blood in the bed that leaked thru the bandage overnight. Its all healed without stitches but it was scary at the time. I guess I should have used my foot.

Fantastic location right next to tram, bus , metro and taxis. Eiffel tower about 15min bus away. Roland Garros Tennis 15 mins away. CDG airport 45 mins by taxi. Convenient amenities next to hotel including atm machine, supermarket, restaurants, cafe’s etc. Decent sized room, very comfortable bed, nice views of the the Paris Expo from 7th floor rooms. Great consistent air conditioner allowed for good sleep. Tv channels even had english speaking CNN international and BBC world news.

Relatively minor complaints include shower could have been a little bit more powerful and leaked a bit. Breakfast decent overall with usual hot and cold choices but could have done with more variety.

First of all the staff was very friendly and supportive. The room was well serviced and gave us - 2 adults, 2 kids - enough space during our 4 nights stay. The hotel itself is also well located for both to arrive and to reach out for the sightseeing spots in Paris.

Great location of the hotel, very convenient access to metro and tram lines. Relatively peaceful & safe neighborhood. Hotel staff very friendly and amicable. Particularly the staff who worked on breakfast buffet - very attentive, polite and professional. We were a bit sceptical about the breakfast in hotel, considering its cost. But in the end of the day it was totally worth it - breakfast was varied, fresh & quality ingridients and much more better than anything that you will find in this location for the same value (plus it was free for our kid). Rooms were appropriate size and clean. I particularly liked the more higher quality brand of the teabags which they are offering to the guests (and also timely replenished) - this tea was a treat in the end of the busy days after exploring Paris. PS There is a wine machine in the lobby and pancake machine available from the breakfast buffet. We have never seen such anywhere before and it was an interesting experience :)

Tap could use some unclogging. When we informed the reception, nothing was done about it.

The room is nice, and everyday they will refill the minibar, the location is very close to the exibition centre, if you are going to exibition, it is very convenient, just need to cross the street, you are there. Also the hotel is near to metro station and bus station, it is easy to go to other place. The breakfast is good, the sausage is very nice.

Room was big. The metro stop was just outside the hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Parking available.

On the phone the staff were sometimes rude with us. Sometimes, they didn't want to speak english with us. Our room was in another building and we needed to take 2 elevators to get there. Flies near the breakfast area. Couch was broken when I got to the room. The sink on the bathroom did not work, all the time was clogged, I don't know how they didn't notice when cleaning the room, they did nothing on the 5 days we stayed there.
