People mention how amazing the breakfast is on the feedbacks... and it is. BUT this only hides how wonderful everything else is ... Chris Lia and his team go so far above and beyond you feel like a millionaire !! We were in one of the loveliest villas/ suites I've ever stayed in, kept immaculate daily by the team, and it feels so personal you think it's all for you. If you go to santorini and don't stay here you have missed out.

Leaving .... we are not kidding- there's nothing they can.improve on - we stayed three weeks and as my wife just said " it wasn't enough".

Anthonas Apartment was excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean with great facilities to help make food at home if you are not eating out every night. Chris and Lia’s recommendations for dinners and day activities were always excellent. The pool was clean and a nice temperature for the hot weather with lovely views and lots of shade from the umbrellas with the sun loungers when needed. The apartments were quiet with good air conditioning. The breakfasts were delicious and different everyday, with generous serving sizes. The room was cleaned everyday which was a treat coming home after a long day. We really enjoyed our time staying with them. Staying here made Santorini a wonderful experience. Thank you, we are looking forward to coming back!

The property was clean, we had a sea view from our balcony and the breakfast was incredible. Chris was the most amazing host ever! I actually could not believe how good this place was in terms of value for money. The best value we had on our 1 month trip around Europe by a long shot. Amazing location too and nice and quiet which is what we wanted. You’re right next to the beautiful caldera path and it’s a short walk to Fira down the path or only 20 minutes if you walk on the roads. You must stay here if you want incredible value for money and superb breakfast every morning with an amazing host.

We loved everything.

Chris (and the rest of the team) provided outstanding service and a beautiful place to stay :) The apartment was immaculate, had everything we needed, was a lovely size. We often worry about the comfort of the beds when we go away but the bed was extremely comfy and rooms are completely sound proof! sleeping was no problem. Lovely pool and comfortable sun beds, there is only a handful of apartments/rooms so the pool was never busy. Something different was served for breakfast every day and it was all delicious. HIGHLY recommend the iced coffees!! Short walk into Imerovigli (worth noting that the roads are hectic and there aren't many footpaths so take care - but Chris provided the safest directions and the walk was BEAUTIFUL! the outlook is outstanding and takes your mind off the hill!) We love a walk so continued it most nights through Firostefani Square into Thira, alternatively the bus stop is very near the hotel and a very cheap easy way to get around. Chris is also happy to organise airport transfer which was a great help. Cant recommend Anthonas Apartments enough! - Thank you for a lovely holiday base

Not a negative but worth noting - In terms of location there isn't a beach within walking distance - not a problem for us as we took the bus to Kamari and Amoudi bay and would absolutely recommend spending a day at both places! again, just a note - Our apartment had a small spiral staircase to the bedroom which was absolutely fine for us but might be worth discussing when booking if you have any mobility issues.

The couple that own the property and manage it were extremely responsive and communicated promptly and clearly, from the time we made the reservations, while we were there, as well as after departure. They maintain the property extremely well, and keep it very clean. All necessary amenities are included. They provided us hot breakfast daily at our requested time. Xristos helped us with making transport arrangements, including booking a boat day-trip, and airport transfers. The apartments are full furnished, with properly working AC units and properly operating bathroom and kitchenette fixtures and accessories.

Two things that I missed: Doormat upon entering the apartment, and floor mats inside the apartment especially inside the bathroom, and by the kitchenette.

The pool was wonderful, breakfast different every day and served on our little table outside the apartment. Hosts were so friendly and helpful and the semi-private accommodation was perfect. Clean, good a/c, comfortable. Location was good, just outside Imerovigli, easy to see the sunset just around the corner. Public transport is excellent, although renting a car is recommended to get around the island easily, unless you enjoy walking!

Our stay at Anthonas was incredible. Chris and his family who own the place are just the most wonderful hosts and provided great service. They were incredibly helpful in getting us to and from the hotel upon arrival in Santorini and when we needed to leave. They helped us get set up with a car rental, gave fantastic recommendations for how to get around town and places to visit. We love walking, so the close proximity to the caldera was perfect. They accommodated every single one of our requests and were always helpful in a timely manner. The apartment was very spacious and cozy, with an incredible private terrace which was perfect to enjoy breakfast. The breakfast everyday was delicious and the fresh fruit was always so welcome. Definitely not continental in the typical way, but much more personalized and unique each day with great healthy options and included eggs most days. We were recommended this place by friends and have already done the same for our friends and family. This place is a great location to find a budget-friendly option in Santorini.

Unfortunately, the shower set up is not ideal, the room would get really wet because of the shower curtain not being fit to the shower size. This is not uncommon in Europe to have showers with no doors/curtains or curtains that don't fit. Just results in getting the entire bathroom soaked, but the daily cleaning helped. Additionally, we didn't realize the pool wasn't going to be heated, which I think is common in Greece because it's so hot but for October the water was fairly cold so it needed to be a super hot day to dive in. These are just things to note for information for travelers to be prepared/know what to expect.

Everything was perfect. The facilities were all great, especially the pool. It was so peaceful all of the time. It's in the perfect location being only a 20-minute walk from the restaurants and bars. Chris was an amazing host - so friendly, helpful and always a pleasure to chat to. We would recommend this place to absolutely anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in Santorini. Couldn't have been better!

Our host, Chris, and the rest of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Chris was always on hand to help with transport arrangements, restaurant recommendations and all the other little things which help your trip run smoothly. Our apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well equipped. It is just a short walk from Santorini's most famous sights.

The breakfast, whilst ample and delicious, would benefit from a few more healthy, savoury dishes as there seems to be an emphasis on the sweet. I,as a vegetarian, was very well catered for.
