Recently, we visited this amazing place that took our breath away. A small, boutique hotel with beautiful modern amenities and wonderfully spacious new rooms; located in a quiet area, away from overcrowded tourist centers, yet within reach of everything. We travel a lot; however, one thing I must highlight right away is the incredible cleanliness, something we have rarely experienced anywhere else. Towels are changed twice a day, bathrobes perhaps after every use, an incredible precision not seen elsewhere. But what truly makes this place unique is its staff. Starting in the morning with the delivery of your breakfast to your room, every question or reservation is expertly handled by the receptionists Iliana and Penny, but our biggest thanks and admiration go to the bartender Vaggelis; who not only mixes incredible drinks but also showers you with attention from morning till night. We have visited many places, but here we felt so welcome that we didn't even want to leave, even though you can easily park your car in front of the hotel… If you meet this friendly bartender, definitely have a drink for us :-) And if you are planning a trip to Santorini, give this place a chance, it may not offer the classic experience like the cliff hotels in Oia and Fira, but it has a unique atmosphere, amazing staff, all-day excellent menus, and breathtaking sunrises. Very modern and clean, small hotel with only 12-15 rooms so no crowding and plenty of space around the pool for everyone. All staff were so friendly and helpful and it felt like they couldn’t do enough for us, in particular the ladies on reception and the man at the pool bar. We booked a honeymoon suite so had our own pool and balcony and it was perfect! So spacious and had everything we could’ve needed and more. Breakfast was brought to our room every day at whatever time we chose, never a minute late. Every day there was a variety of different types of eggs, pastries, fresh fruit and yoghurt, a selection of bread and jams etc. along with fresh coffee and orange juice. Again we couldn’t have asked for more! Location was about 15 minute walk/5 minute taxi from Imerovigli and around a 45 minute walk/10 minute taxi from Fira. This suited us fine as we were happy to walk/ get taxis to dinner locations in Fira every night and it was lovely and quiet around the hotel away from the big crowds of tourists you see in Fira & Oia.

From the moment we arrived at SantAnna we could tell immediately that this was going to be an amazing stay and it did not disappoint, the welcome, the room tour, the complimentary mini bar, were all amazing, the property is just stunning and everything was spotless. Every staff member we encountered were so lovely and helpful and nothing was a problem. A special mention to the barman, Vaggellis, he was exceptional, from his big smile and friendly hello, to his recommendations for cocktails, ( which hit the mark every time) to the welcome in the evening after returning from a day exploring, his friendly chat to his knowledge of mixing cocktails was second to none. GET THE OLDFASHIONED, by far the best one I've ever had.

Very beautiful and clean property with wonderful staff! Stayed during a portion of our honeymoon and look forward to one day visiting again. The suites are modern and exude luxury through the design, amenities, and service. The daily breakfast box delivery was also tasty and a very nice touch. Views from the property, especially at sunrise, were amazing! It was a little too cool for us to enjoy our private pool, but it along with the larger one are also incredible features of this property. Property is near the hiking trail which we enjoyed, but overall is in a quieter part of the island. Highly recommend for a stay in Santorini!

The suites were perfect for us. The room was large for two of us and the private pool was wonderful and refreshing. The staff were all excellent - helpful, friendly, flexible and took care of us. The bar and food were great. The location was perfect for us because it does not overlook the Caldera. We watched the sunset from a couple of restaurants in Imerovigli and then escaped the crowds and came back to a peaceful place that has everything. I think it’s much better to be away from the craziness of the towns at sunset. And we had a beautiful view of the islands in the Southern Aegean. This place is top rated for good reason.

It’s quite close to the road so there’s a little traffic noise during the day. But the pool and lower level is much quieter.

Everything was absolutely fantastic! My wife and I came for our honeymoon and we are quite well traveled, but I have to say this is possibly the best property we have ever stayed at. On arrival we were welcomed by the beautiful Penny and also dealt with Iliana during the days who was amazing. Both of them had never ending smiles and made our stay that much better! The breakfasts were amazing and they were ever so welcoming to let us change things we didnt like and add more of what we did. Lastly a very special mention, Vaggelis was the man of our stay as id have to say without him down at the bar always happy to chat and accomodate us I dont think our stay would have been quite as amazing. Its one thing to have an amazing property with 10/10 facilities, but people like Vaggelis really change your entire trip for the better and he is worth his weight in gold to this property. Truly a world class gentleman and just an all round amazing person. Thank you Vaggelis once again and thank you SantAnna for a truly amazing honeymoon! We will be back!

Only suggestion is maybe regulate the private pool temperature as even with direct sunlight felt a lot colder than the main pool near the bar!

Fantastic location between Fira and Oia and a short walk to the town of Imerovigli (we took the hiking trail - a short distance from the hotel - to walk to all three). The hotel cleanliness was another level. Housekeeping was incredibly thorough and the daily clean left the suite feeling sparkling and brand new. Sea views, sun all day long, gorgeous grounds, and a lovely sized communal pool surrounded by plenty of loungers and seating. The private terrace of the Honeymoon Suites boated incredibly comfortable and versatile sun-loungers, table and chairs and a private, substantial pool. We spent all morning on our terrace before venturing down to the communal pool area for lunch. The bar made delicious cocktails with plenty of ice and going off menu was no problem. The food we tried was delicious. Service to the rooms and around the pool was super friendly and efficient. The suites were a fantastic size and beds were very comfortable. The rooms came equipped with everything we could need - including ample hangers, wardrobe space, ironing board, fridge and hairdryer. Air con was powerful enough for our stay during 30 degrees. The location was very quiet and peaceful - especially at night. Tip: if taking the hiking trail from Imerovigli to Oia, trainers or walking/trail shoes with a good grip are essential.

The parasols were not a suitable style for the windy conditions, which made their use impossible on several days. They really should be updated for the crocheted style which let the air pass through and so can withstand winds far better and would aesthetically look and sound more appealing. The breakfast was lovely but it felt quite wasteful as it was impossible to eat everything. I personally would prefer to choose from a menu each day.

Where do I start! We recently had the pleasure of staying at SantAnna Luxury Suites and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The suite was immaculate and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The breakfast! Oh my god! Delicious! The location was ideal, offering easy access to Imervogli, Fira and Oia .The staff, (Iliana, Penny, Vangeli and Dimitri) went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, offering excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests truly set this stay apart from others. Overall, our holiday stay exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable and delightful holiday. The property is stunning! We had the most beautiful sea view and an exceptional breakfast delivered to our room (honeymoon suite) each morning. We had our own private pool and the staff couldn’t be more polite and accommodating. It was on a bus route to both Oia and Thira although check the timetables carefully but much cheaper than taxis. It was hot and windy so we weren’t always able to have the umbrella out but the bar manager brought round water regularly to ensure we stayed hydrated. We explored the island through hiring a quad bike and saw beautiful beaches and this was a fun way to get around. Kamari is much more touristy and has a bit more of a holiday atmosphere. We found a lovely walk around the coast to a restaurant in Imerogovili to watch the sunset and the walk and restaurant was just perfect! This trip was for our honeymoon and it was so peaceful and relaxing and we had the best 5 days at the property. It was the holiday of a lifetime and we cannot wait to return in the future. A very special place which has stolen our hearts - thank you to all the staff for our dream holiday.

We truly loved everything about our stay! The breakfast was a highlight, served right to our room each morning, which made for such a relaxing start to the day. The location is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it feel like a dream getaway. The staff were simply amazing—always friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had a perfect stay.
