Great location and great apartment - .close to shops for food basics. the apartment was great to stay in and the photos was real.

getting the key was a mess as we confirmed that we will be there at 9:30 and arranged that we could leave luggage with managers - nobody was there - this was dissapointing. Then getting the door where you had to enter to fetch key was not properly explained.

Gorgeous property with spacious rooms. Location is 2.km away from main train station. The view from the living room is breathtaking. The kitchenette is large & has good amenities. The sofa folds up as a 3rd bed, if needed. The bathroom is large by Vienna standards. For arrivals outside business hours, checkin is contact free i.e.. an email code will be provided for checkin & room key collection. Make sure you're savvy in this regard. The owner is proactive to reach out to guests for any queries. Overall, highly recommend!

The apartment is really nice and it has everything that you need. But the problem is that the actual LOCATION of the apartment is different from what specify on booking.com and its much farther from the center. On booking it's show that there is 12 minutes from Belvedere palace, but actually it 30 minutes. If I would knew this before I made the reservation, I wouldn't choose this apartment. So for us it was a big mislead.

The location from the center is further than specify on the Booking. The actual location is less suitable for turist.

Apartment was as described and very clean. It was great to have the possibility for self-check-in as I arrived during the night.

The apartment was stated to be 5 mins by walk from the main station. I was faced with a 15 min ride on public transport or a 19 min walk on foot to get to the place when my train arrived at 0:30. This definitely made the experience rather annoying as the main reason for booking this place was it's proximity to the station.

Very easy to check in and check out from the object. Close to the train station which for me was a big plus. The apartment is spacious and has air conditioning which might be useful during the summer as it is located on the last floor directly under the roof. Nice view and easy access to the historic city centre although you have to walk a couple of minutes to the tram/subway station.

The bathroom and especially the toilet could be cleaner. There was visible sediment in it when we checked in. The provided shower gel/shampoo was insufficient for a four-day stay. The shower dispenser would be better than single-use bottles. Only two coffee capsules were provided for a 4-day visit, which is inadequate. Information about coffee machine type to get additional capsules before stay or additional coffee capsules in the appartament would be a plus.

The apartment was spacious and felt modern. It was also quiet and had some nice views of the surrounding area. The check-in and check-out were really easy. The location was also good with a lot lf conveniece stores and public transport nearby.

In the description it is stated, that a pool is available for use with an additional fee. The thing they didn't mention, though, is that the pool is 800 meters away from the building the apartment was in.

Location of apartment is quite good. It is near a long street with all kinds of shops and restaurants. Public transport is nearby and city center is easily reachable. Bicycle rent available nearby as well. Apartment itself was quite spacious. Ours had 2 rooms (living room with kitchen and bedroom) + bathroom. Kitchen was packed with neccessities and overall quality seemed good.

Terrace was missing, even though it was marked in initial booking. Stove top glass was cracked. It was still working, but might cause trouble for some..

Clear instructions for checking in were a great start. The apartment was spacious and beautifully designed. Beautiful light from big windows in bedroom and living room. The host was kind to exchange a waffle maker for a toaster at my request. Built-in armoires were beautiful and of high quality. The bathroom had a tub with shower, plenty of space for toiletries and shaver, proper lighting and a was super. A washing machine is included. The toilet is in a separate WC. Everything was comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The area is well served by bus, tram, subway and a broad pedestrian avenue close by. Belvedere and and its fascinating botanical garden is not far, the Hauptbahnhof even closer, and the rest of Vienna reachable by public transportation and google map directions.

I liked the whole package.

This is a large modern apartment two tram stops from the station and entrance to the city centre. In a large city with cheap public transport, thought that eas great.

Unfortunately thete are two small downsides. One is the smell of cigarettes that creeps in through the ventilation from apartments below. Frustrating for the owners and guests. The second point is a personal preference but having renovated to a high standard they have opted on fitting a shower over a bath in the large bathroom instead of a separate cubicle. Makes the shower experience a poor one and i love a good shower.

Clean, close to train station, spacious balcony with nice garden view. Modern equipment including electrically operated bed.
