The free breakfast had many options for everyone's needs. The facility was clean. Staff was friendly. The price was really nice comparable to other hotels nearby.

I have a bad neck and the pillow were very flat with not much filling. We stayed two nights and by checkout time my neck was hurting pretty bad. May be a good idea to buy new pillows. The room was freezing when we first walked in, which I am not complaining about at all. However, we did notice if you adjusted the temperature just by a few degrees, the room would get warm pretty quick. We solved that problem by not adjusting the thermostat.

The hotel is in a great location. There is a Walmart and Sam's club literally down the road. Not to mention a Starbucks and other food choices. The woman that checked me in was very kind and pleasant to talk too. We arrived to find out there was a water leak at the property. The staff was very honest about the situation and gave me the choice to cancel. I waited it out and lucky enough the issue was fixed in a few hours so when we checked in the water was back on. The rooms were very clean and nice. It was quiet and comfortable. I will definitely choose this place in the future.

No real complaints except the elevator was very sketchy. It needs some maintenance for sure.

The location was kind of tucked away off the highway, so not a lot of noisy traffic, but still real close to restaurants and other amenities. Easy access to Arlington and Fort Worth activities. Had to change our departure date and they worked with us to make that happen at no additional cost.

Elevators were slow moving from floor to floor. That was really the only thing that I could somewhat complain about. Everything else was really good and comfortable.

When we first entered the lobby, I was immediately drawn to 3 beautiful plants on the check-in counter. I was told by D, who was AMAZINGLY kind and helpful, that Liz was the caretaker of the plants. She came out and we immediately bonded over the plants. We shared pics with each other of our houseplants. It just really made me feel welcomed. Liz and D were both WONDERFUL to us during our entire stay. The reason we were there to begin with was a concert that got cancelled and we booked again at this same location for the rescheduled date, because Liz and D were so fantastic. The room was clean and in order. The bed was FANTASTIC, and the sitting area was nice to have. The Hotel provided Dove toiletries, which was nice because that is a brand I use and trust. We requested no daily cleanings, but were able to easily get extra towels and trash bags. The hairdryer in our room had a short, so we dropped it off at the front desk on our way out and they had a new one delivered to our room. The TV had regular network television, plus access to VOD and Netflix and a few other apps. We used Netflix quite a bit and it was nice that it logged me out once I turned the TV off, so I didn't have to remember to log out before we checked out.

I did notice that the building needed a bit of caretaking. Things like wallpaper pulling away on the edges, very squeaky elevators, non-working ice machine on our floor, etc. And the shower curtain had some mold/mildew stains at the bottom from use.

The last day we were there.the young lady in the breakfast area closed the door on the guests that were trying to talk to her.her response was "I no speak English ".I thought it was extremely rude.when I mentioned during check out the young lady said she knew and seemed amused.also the young lady worked in the laundry and was just helping out.i was not personally involved it was very rude.

The room was clean and comfortable. They had free movies as well with commercials.

We were on the 3rd floor. There was a sign for ice and vending, but when you got there, all there was was ice. You had to go to the check-in area to select what you wanted.. Everything was behind the check-in counter.. The person who checked you in was who you had to pay for your items. The only other issue was there were no prices listed on any of the vendind items..

Loved the hotel overall, room was spacious, was able to not only check in online but to upgrade our room as well as add on pet fees and add late check out and early check in, breakfast was amazing (scrambled and poached eggs, bacon and sausages, potatoes, oatmeal, pancakes, etc.) the room was clean and the bed was super comfortable.

Shower pressure was poor on 3rd floor room was almost like the head was blocked but we coped . Pillows were a bit hard

The guy at the front desk was super nice. My son even commented about how cool it was that he greeted us every time.

We were on the 2nd floor and walking down the hallway, we stepped in a hole in the floor or something. You could definitely feel it dip down in the center of the hallway in a spot. That had me a little freaked out.

We stayed in a Deluxe Queen room with 2 Queen beds. The man at the desk was very nice and very welcoming. When we entered the bedroom, it was nice and cool. Smelled fresh. The property is out of the way and tucked off and I love that.

The beds are noisy getting on and off of and also very hard (In my opinion). The worst thing about the room was that the when you turn the shower on, the water did not drain in our bathtub.
